The website was a recreation of an older version, it was very neatly done and was on time. The team was very much available to us and was calm with our every demand. Definitely will recommend it to anyone who is looking for such services.

We had two websites developed 1 is for Online shoe repairs, and one is for Online Tailors. We needed the UI and UX design done with a simple to use Code and easy to manage. This was done timely and we are very pleased with the work that was carried out.

We had a regular meeting demonstrating the work done. First design was shown to me which I approved then development was started. And it was completed within the time frame.

One dedicated project manager was given to me , who assisted me throughout the project. They defined a timeline but it was completed before that. If any changes were required in between tasks, they accomplished them seamlessly.

I am the director of Nsquare Herbal Limited. Nsquare Herbal is health & wellness company with key objectives of promoting and supporting personal health management. Our team creates a curated list of health and wellness products made with sea buckthorn, a fruit abundantly available in the cold areas of Asia and Europe, offering rich nutritional components. The said products are available in the United Kingdom through the distributorship arrangement with the Indian company, Biosash Pvt Ltd India. Biosash produces health, fitness, skincare and beauty products with Sea Buckthorn as core ingredient.

For what projects/services did your company hire ARK Infosoft, and what were your goals?

We wanted our website and mobile application for App Store and Google Play Store. Our app will have two segments, each catering to and is linked with another. First core segment will offer Freemium health management toolkit, which will personalize the customers’ health goals. The second segment will be a predictive/forecasting tool (a smart algorithmic tool) which will suggest Biosash Products to customers based on their personalized health goals, dietary / health care requirements and periodic fitness results analysis. This will enable the customers to assess their health goals along with the ease of deciding to choose the suggested products according to their fitness Goals.

We searched for different web developers online and then figured out Ark Infosoft on the basis of their previous projects done.

Project was undertaken in three phases 

1. Strategy, Concept Development, UI/UX Architecture Design 

2. Mobile App, Web App and admin panel development 

3. Production management and implementation

There were 7 members in team project in charge tech lead, sr web developer, web developer, mobile developer, UI/UX designer and manual tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Website pages appeared out attractive with all the major information at correct places. It is user friendly. Logo and images on web pages are quite impressive. 

Mobile application is also working great and is also very user friendly. Our requirements of the app is fulfilled as the app can suggest the specific products according the health goals selected by the user.

I would definitely like to appreciate them for having a positive attitude towards clients suggestions and demands. They were always happy to help whenever their clients needed them. They were very professional and punctual.

Ark infosoft really did an amazing work for our website and app. They have very creative, original and distinguished concept.

No.
