Detodotraining.com is a startup company focused on put together the supply and demand for eduation services. I am the Founder and CEO.

I hired ARGOsoft to design and develop the detodotraining.com website. The goals were defined specifically to deliver the project on time, and the requirements defined were developed and well functioning.

How did you select ARGOsoft Group and what were the deciding factors?

I selected ARGOsoft Group because I knew about the leadership, knowledge and service philosophy developed by Elvis Castaneda, the CEO of the Company. Besides, the flexibility to adapt their resources and knowledge to my requirements, and the proactivity to improve the requirements and add value to the job, were key factors for me to decide hire them.

The scope of the work was from the Requirements Document I delivered to them which included the following steps:

1. Design of the site, including the "look and feel"
2. Develop of all the sections of the site
3. Design and develop a back end for admin purposes
4. Install the payment gateway
5. Test of all the functionalities
6. Training on the admin tools of the website to manage it
7. Post sales support period. The technology used to develop the site was WordPress.

One person, and he was Elvis Castaneda, the CEO of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Each stage of the project was widely discussed and clearly defined together, in order to be sure that the milestones would be accomplished as schedulled. Besides, the quality and professionality of the design and operation of the site in each of those stages was always tested and adjusted until it met the standards stablished by me and ARGOsoft always reached them.

Elvis is a professional person. Accountable, very dedicated and capable to detect oportunities to add value at any stage of the project in order to reach a higher standard. He was always ready to keep the communication channels open and ready to act or react when was necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had some references of the excelent job developed by ARGOsoft Group, however, during the time of the projec development I realized that they not only do a great and professional job but they took ownership and put passion and effort on it. Besides, I needed a website technically efficient, but they put a delicate and professional touch to the design of the site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Keep the pace and, for sure, they will grow as they deserve.
