We found 4 companies online and interviewed each. We felt we had the best connection with Jeremy from Argona.

They are developing a marketing campaign for a variety of our different services as well as offering advice for issues that come up.

What was the team composition?

We are primarily working with Jeremy although other team members were brought in during the initial consultation.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are too early in the project to know the full success but so far we are seeing a significant interest in the emails that have been according to the open percentage. We are also seeing a clearer path to achieving our goals as administrators.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have at least weekly meetings and the communication is great between us and Jeremy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I feel very impressed that they seem to truly get our company. We normally feel consultants still don't understand our situation or what our goals are but this has been very different with Argona.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I can't see anything that needs improvement. I think our relationship will bring much success to us as administrators as well as our business.
