I'm the co-founder of Founded by Few, a private community that connects business owners and founders through curated events, online gatherings, and exclusive resources to foster growth, accountability, and meaningful relationships.

What challenge were you trying to address with Areon Labs?

We needed help automating and creating efficiencies around our post-sales call process.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Areon Labs has taken our post-call transcripts and created an entire call summary generator inside our Microsoft Teams and Slack channels. Depending on the call type, the tool generates different functionalities, including adding notes to the contacts directly in our CRM, moving pipelines, and sharing updates about the call with the rest of our team so everyone can stay in the know. The team has integrated our CRM, Slack, and Fathom (a note-taking tool).

We worked directly with Logan from Areon Labs.

We found them through word of mouth. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit and had aligned company values.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Areon Labs has successfully completed our workflow without errors and improved our visibility over our sales metrics since the process to enter the info stays in one platform. We've saved 30–45 minutes a day and increased the context for each call and the completion rate of this task. Now, our team can focus their energy on the calls and follow-ups.

How did Areon Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Areon Labs has delivered on time and above and beyond all expectations. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

We needed help smoothing our post-sales process and overall we wanted to automate and simplify tasks that are time consuming.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Areon Labs has automated our post-sales process, which includes sales calls, notes, and moving prospects around in our sales pipeline with just a few clicks. All of this is managed in one platform instead of multiple software. Additionally, the team has built an AI travel agent that helps us plan and research our international events. This tool allows us to research accommodations worldwide that fit our specific criteria, all in one dashboard instead of browsing through multiple websites.
