Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I am the owner and operator of Sin City Chips, and my initial goal in working with Arctic Gray was to get my website fully operational at checkout. I had been dealing with major issues preventing customers from completing purchases, and after hiring multiple companies—spending thousands of dollars and a significant amount of time—I was still left without answers.

That all changed when I connected with Art at Arctic Gray. Within 48 hours, they diagnosed the issue, provided an accurate timeline, and immediately got to work. Their communication and execution were both prompt and professional.

Sophia, my project lead, has been outstanding. She’s been open, transparent, and consistently kept me informed every step of the way. Everything she outlined has been delivered exactly as promised—I’ve never had to question her or the team.

If it weren’t for Sophia and the team at Arctic Gray, I’d likely still be trying to figure out what was wrong with my site and spinning my wheels. They were truly a five-star company that puts the customer first and gets the job done efficiently and effectively.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
