Project management was collaborative and organized overall. Communication was handled through regular meetings, shared feedback loops, and ongoing discussions around priorities, design updates, and development tasks. Like most startup projects, there were naturally a lot of moving parts and evolving ideas, but the team remained responsive and willing to work through changes as the platform developed. Having direct communication and visibility into progress made the process effective and helped keep momentum moving forward.
