I think it might be useful to reserve some hours in the tank for post-launch issues. The only thing I didn't like is that when your hours are gone, they are GONE. It would have been helpful to have a few left to address a huge miss on functionality after launch but I have nothing left to use.

Maddie went well above expectations and made sure Wildwood Guitars was taken care of. • Now that we have deployed, they have taken the initiative to make additional suggestions (which we are moving forward with) to upgrade our landing/product pages even further to provide a better experience.
