Arctic Grey has greatly improved our SEO and have improved the website functionality overall, making it easy for our customer to look through thousands of guitars to find what they need! Maddie went well above expectations and made sure Wildwood Guitars was taken care of. Still to this day, months after the launch, we meet on a regular basis and will be adding new features to the site. Thank you guys!

Initially in 2020 the scope was to revamp our custom theme to meet ADA guidelines.  Once we updated to shopify native theme their goals were to optimize pages, integrate new content and assets and ensure UI/UE was in a good position.  Now, we are at the point where we are optimizing UE/UI, integrating new features and really making a world class website.

• ADA guidelines met to satisfactory outcome based on continuous WAVE audits.  As new guidelines are updated we still use Arctic grey to monitor and assist in making changes to meet updated standards -- they are on top of it!
• Moving to the new theme they handled the transition fantastically, giving users a smooth frictionless experience and providing suggestions on best practices for their experience.
• Now that we have deployed, they have taken the initiative to make additional suggestions (which we are moving forward with) to upgrade our landing/product pages even further to provide a better experience.

Our initial goal was to make the website more accessible to all users, including visitors with disabilities, while also enhancing the overall user experience.

Working with Arctic Grey has been a great experience so far. They implement discussed updates quickly and provide regular progress reports. It’s been a significant improvement compared to our previous agency, which lacked structure, often went days without communication, and sent updates in scattered emails instead of using an organized communication system.

We have a weekly meeting along with ongoing communication throughout the week, and having a single point of contact makes the process smooth and efficient.

Updates and fixes are handled promptly, communication is excellent, and we’re always informed about progress and timelines. I honestly don’t have any negative feedback. Working with Sofia has been seamless, and she explained everything clearly and simply.

Most other developers were overpromising on delivery, but having gone through several variations of our builder in the past, we knew how complex this project was going to be, especially since we were essentially starting from scratch again. They understood this from the beginning and were much more realistic about he project, which we appreciated. When we hit roadblocks, they came up with solutions and ideas to keep us on track.
