Our company has a legacy website that lacks many features of a modern ecommerce site. We decided to create a new domain for our most important product line to be hosted on Shopify. This is intended to be a prelude to transitioning our entire legacy website to Shopify. In my role as a co-owner and co-founder of the company, it was primarily my responsibility to find the best partner to help us create our new Shopify store. After considerable research we decided to partner with Arctic Grey to help us create the new Shopify store. Our integration was complicated by our need to synchronize inventory management with our legacy platform. This involved a number of custom APIs. Arctic Grey didn't let us down. Despite the complexity they guided us to a successful launch. The professionalism of everyone that we dealt with at Arctic Grey was extraordinary. The entire process was very organized with weekly conferences via Google Meet and regular communication via Slack. Their response to just about any question was near instantaneous. The technical expertise of the staff at Arctic Grey was impressive, but what really stands out is their dedication to getting the job done as well as their curtesy and professionalism.
