Arcadia Tech was responsible for developing a key feature of our application, which involved creating and implementing the Know Your Customer (KYC) flow from scratch. This KYC flow allows users to verify their identity using both their device's camera and the option to upload necessary identification documents. Additionally, they worked on the integration of the credit card issuance process within our application. The scope of work encompassed the following key deliverables: 

• KYC Flow Development: Arcadia Tech successfully designed and implemented the KYC flow, which is an essential component for user identity verification. This involved creating a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. 
• Camera and File Upload Integration: They skillfully integrated the camera functionality, allowing users to capture images for verification purposes. Furthermore, they provided an option for users to upload required documents directly. 
• Credit Card Emission: Arcadia Tech contributed to the development of the credit card issuance process within our application. This feature is crucial for enabling financial transactions and payment methods within our platform. 
• Timely Delivery: Arcadia Tech demonstrated excellent time management, delivering their work within the agreed-upon timelines. This ensured that our project remained on schedule. 
• Code Quality: The code developed by Arcadia Tech was of high quality, reflecting their expertise in software development. The well-structured and maintainable codebase is valuable for the long-term stability and scalability of our application.

Arcadia always delivers quality, with the fast pace we need, understanding our needs more than our own requirements in so many ways. The designs we worked together are still working with no change after more than a year's work. More and more services are being developed and the platform is as extendable and scalable as we envision it.
