We needed to make a convenient and understandable website to attract potential customers.

On recommendation. The high level of the websites’ designs presented in the agency’s portfolio and upbeat clients’ reviews were the deciding factors in addressing Aprioreo.

We had some substantial requirements, which Aprioreo was ready to realize: compulsory use of our corporate blue, illustrations, focus on recruitment and HR services, and adding a blog. In addition, we discussed the list of the site pages.

Then Aprioreo prepared references and analysis of competitor sites and introduced us to the web-design trends. This allowed us to formulate and approve the site design concept. The development process was carried out on the approved Webflow no-code platform.

The work took 20 days, from signing the contract and making the advance payment to handing over the finished site to us with detailed instructions on how to use it during the final online meeting.

On the first call, we identified the main scope of work. An essential point in the development of the site for us was the ability to integrate with the personalized CRM system and convenient site administration with the opportunity to access the site for many users, as well as the data security. The work consisted of three large stages: re-design, development, and testing. We communicated closely within all three stages, especially during the last one. All the improvements were made promptly, so the work was completed within a week.

It’s critical to assign tasks and roles based on the nature of the strategic alliances. Create clarity of roles, the span of responsibilities, the hierarchy of command, channels of communication and methods of solving any crisis that arises. And, of course, define the expected outcomes and values.

At first, we agreed all points I mentioned above. We started from a small test agreement before signing the contract. We helped each other with projects: they adressed us to create a branding style for their client, and, after that, we deligated them developing our client's UI/UX design on the Webflow. And it was successful! Exactly the way we wanted. Now we have next agreement:

• we help Apioreo with logos and brand styles creation
• they help Cube VR with building sites, especially on the no-code platforms, such as Webflow, WIX, etc.
• we exchang clients who don't meet our target audiences and recommend each other to our other partners
