Gagunashvili Chess Academy was founded in 2020 in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, a land of tea and chess. Academy organizes individual and group online lessons for children of different ages and chess levels, by grandmasters who have made the 64-field game famous around the world and teachers who love working with children from all over the world. They came to us for a new visual identity and website design. We developed a new identity system and unique custom website with an emphasis on the benefits that chess can have. Also, we worked on copywriting for the website's purpose, playfully an overall visual identity look and feel. We wanted a logo that could act as the main source of imagery in GCA’s communications. Lastly, we developed a short micro animation to achieve a more dynamic experience. ### Supra Architecture Identity and Web development Our task was to create a new brand identity and develop a unique and responsive portfolio website, with a minimalistic design and style. Together we developed a new modern visual language and set of graphics/illustrations/icons for internal and external usage. ### DESIGN DEFENDER Platform for Architecture and Desi New brand identity and website design for Design Defender, a groundbreaking new search engine specifically designed for interior architects and designers who are looking for top quality reliable products without all the noise.   Design Defender uses blockchain-based technology to protect original designs from forgeries.   The task was to create a unique, minimal visual identity and simple website for all professionals from the Architecture and design industry who search for contemporary products designed and manufactured by the most important designers and brands around the world. ### KOOZMETIK Identity, Packaging & Website design Believing that true beauty is in simplicity, a fine natural skincare brand Koozmetik is known for its picky selection of ingredients, an essential product range, and minimalism in design. Preparing to expand on EU markets, the brand needed a redesign that would strengthen its premium and sophisticated qualities while achieving perceptual continuity with its previous design, and unisex look and feel. At the same time, we had to consolidate the entire visual system to ensure strong consistency across the range. The first step in our approach was to redefine the portfolio architecture as the baseline for a seamless customer experience and navigation through product lines and categories when shopping online and offline. Next, since each of the key product and brand information was positioned on a separate side of a package – making the product placements on shelves and purchase experience rather complex, it was necessary to redefine the informational architecture on the packaging itself.  Finally, this strategic and creative analysis led us to design a concept carefully devised and crafted around the letter element, previously used as an associative product descriptor. Albeit a bit subdued, it appeared as a quite interesting and original detail on the packaging, so we decided to give it a more prominent place and role. As they are reflecting on their fears and desires, personal misconceptions and the generational and societal challenges, each episode presents the 24 hours cycle – beginning in the morning, and ending in the morning of the next day.  Inspired by the very title and storyline, the visual identity reflects on the ever-present interplay of morning highlights and the darkest shades in the game of searching for one’s own identity and place.
