I am the Cofounder Director of a Technology Driven management consultancy. We help in digital realization and to unlock next dimension for managements.

For what projects/services did your company hire Appville Softwares?

We recruited Appville Softwares and worked together closely for one of our clients to build and launch a potential food ordering app for Android and Apple users. The application was quite special because it helped large IT park employees to order food in their food courts from their cubicles. It saved them beat the food queue in crunchy food hours and saved time. On the other hand, helped food court restaurants prioritize well and serve better.

What were your goals for this project?

Help our client to make profit by addressing real pain points through digital realization.

Appville Softwares took ownership of building and delivering the mobile application scope of the project with the expected clarity. They understood the idea quickly and followed our UI guidelines promptly. They took care of all the technical hurdles of completing the app with little support from us. They preplan well and maintain good availability pre and post the project delivery and helped us in continuous support.

What was the team composition?

The development team had lead programmer supported by mobile app developers, who were very adept in accomplishing the task.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We built , stabilized and launched on time to fit in our client marketing timeline and strategy success. Around 30 restaurants across 3 food courts grabbed the early bird opportunity and started using the platform on Day 1. On the other hand, 500 daily customers were benefited beating the queue in the first 3 months before we handed over the platform to client technical support team as part of agreement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Appville quickly grasped and adapted to our vision , thought process , communication model and psychology more than expected. They are very professional. Asked right questions and clarified well. The combined workgroup was natural , helped strengthening the weaknesses and solved complex problems towards business goal.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is opportunity for scaling up to take up more volume.
