AppVerticals has developed an ad campaign for me on Facebook and Instagram. Although the campaign hasn’t started yet, they have it ready. Their team has worked closely with me to assess what I would like to implement in the ad. Additionally, they’ve been responsible for building it entirely and creating the content needed. In addition to that, they’ve also helped me with SEO.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to AppVerticals’ marketing efforts, I’ve seen more visitors to the site they’ve developed. Additionally, I can see what country those visitors are from based on their IP address, which I really like and consider a success. I’ve seen 4–5 daily visitors from different countries, such as Pakistan, Finland, and Canada. In the last 30 days, around 160 people have visited my website.

AppVerticals is very professional and responsive. Whenever I call my main point of contact, and she can’t answer, she calls me back instantly.

AppVerticals is a good company that works collaboratively with their clients. They say that I’m one of their oldest clients, so they go out of their way to help me and do their best for me.

Design a website to show the work that I do as a photographer. This included a home page that highlights my work as well as menu items that show the various categories of work I do. The focus of the site is real Estate photography so it is designed to attract real estate agents and enable them to manage and purchase images of their properties.

An important element of the site was for it to integrate with a third party printing company so the agents could design flyers for their properties with images I did for them. The other important element of the site is to enable visitors to view and purchase art and stock images that I offer for sale.

Rahim listened well and defined the tasks well. He provided a reasonable timeline to implement the various elements and they were completed as promised. Rahim listened well to my feedback during the work and the team at AppVerticals delivered results. I was impressed with how well Rahim managed the project to it's completion.

AppVerticals has a large and well-rounded team, from the project manager to the coders. Being able to work with a manager that listens well and understands your needs is essential. Rahim hit it out of the park here. The site works well as designed and I look forward to having the site work as an essential park of my customer care and service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AppVerticals LLC could have done differently?

They handled most important areas well. I could have understood the total servicing and pricing better but in the end they were reasonable and agreeable.

AppVerticals LLC has custom-built a brand-new website from scratch. Their work has included migrating our 25-year-old database into the new platform. Regarding functionalities, the site allows visitors to use a search bar to search for puppies by color, age, and pedigree generation. We've also worked together on the site's color scheme and integrated some of the backgrounds and images from our old platform.

Currently, we're about to jump into SEO tasks for the website.

We've had some issues with Google and email, which caused a few setbacks, but AppVerticals LLC's team fixed it. Additionally, they could return calls a little speedier than they do.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AppVerticals LLC has developed two websites for me: my clothing company’s site and my author’s site. AppVerticals LLC has built both sites from scratch using WooCommerce and has given me access to the backend code to see what they’re working on. This also allows me to upload more products myself. 

My company’s site had the product on display, but I had to redesign it because of an issue with an external service provider. AppVerticals LLC is redesigning the site again. As for my author’s site, it showcases my professional information and has a link to my book on Amazon. AppVerticals LLC is also working on updating this site and adding my speaker information since I was recently asked to give conferences at universities and other organizations.

AppVerticals LLC is keen to listen to their customers' requests and bring them to life. They really believe in my vision, and their work is amazing.

I’ve had issues with my clothing company’s production supplier, so I haven’t been able to sell online, and that’s part of the reason why AppVerticals LLC is working on the site again. On the other hand, my author’s site has received positive feedback, it has an easy-to-navigate layout, and my book’s sales have been steady.

AppVerticals LLC has delivered my company’s site really quickly. We communicate through emails and phone calls. 

I had an issue with a previous service provider because I paid them to develop my company’s site, but they didn’t deliver it. I explained this situation to AppVerticals LLC when we started working together, and they were very understanding with me. AppVerticals LLC has adapted to my budget and really listened to my concerns. They helped me out at the beginning of our engagement, and sometimes I’ve paid them something extra because I really like their work.

I’m most impressed with AppVerticals LLC's ability to understand my vision and translate it into a website. AppVerticals LLC is an expert in web development because they have over 10 years of experience.

I’d suggest AppVerticals LLC include marketing management in their services. One of the project managers I’ve worked with gave me suggestions about social media marketing, and I appreciated it since I’m managing the marketing myself. Although I don’t have a marketing budget now, I’d love for AppVerticals LLC to include it in their fees.

My main focus for the site was usability because most websites have too much content. I wanted a user-friendly site where people could buy my product easily. AppVerticals LLC agreed with me and developed the site with this in mind. They also continue to offer web hosting and maintenance services.

I worked with only one teammate from AppVerticals LLC. I know there were more team members involved in my project, but this teammate was my main point of contact.

AppVerticals LLC was really meticulous. They developed an awesome site with easy functionality. The site was number one on Google search for a while, and this was even before we launched it, when it was still under construction. 

At one point, the site's launch was delayed because I had some operational problems with my coffee supplier. AppVerticals LLC was great at giving me follow-up and suggested ideas to resolve this issue and launch the site.

How did AppVerticals LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

AppVerticals LLC met deadlines. We kept close communication through email, but mostly through phone calls since I like to talk with the team I'm working with.

Another thing I loved about AppVerticals LLC was that they took care of my money and didn't pressure me to spend on things outside of my budget. AppVerticals LLC adapted to my budget, and they were really interested in our growth as a company because as I grow financially, my site will grow as well. 

Whenever I asked for a change on the site, AppVerticals LLC delivered it quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with AppVerticals LLC's passion. They didn't treat me as just another client; their treatment was personal. 

I felt a family atmosphere working with AppVerticals LLC. During this project, I went through some personal issues, and they were very considerate of me. They called me on a personal level to ask about my situation and never talked about work during that time. I had never experienced this with other companies, and that's what set AppVerticals LLC apart. For me, this was true loyalty. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had an amazing experience working with AppVerticals LLC. However, the only thing I'd improve is that sometimes, it was hard to get a hold of them through phone calls because they were constantly in meetings.

I recommend you have a business plan before working with AppVerticals LLC. This way, they'll have a better understanding of your goals as a company, and they'll be able to advise you about the marketing strategies you need to get there.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AppVerticals has designed and developed our website from scratch. I didn’t provide any initial documentation, but I knew the website’s requirements. 

Our site’s main functionalities are that users can create an account and get access to a digital wallet. They can transfer money, see their current funds, and purchase more of our cryptocurrency if they want.

AppVerticals has finished the development phase and continues to provide me with web hosting and maintenance services. Whenever there’s an issue with the site, I contact AppVerticals, and they offer troubleshooting assistance. We’ve also discussed marketing services but haven’t implemented anything yet.

My first and main point of contact has been AppVerticals’ former project manager, who was assigned to me when the project first started. I’ve had contact with other team members but mostly with the former project manager.

I found AppVerticals through an internet search. I spoke to another 2–3 companies and chose AppVerticals because I liked their business proposal the most. I had an extensive conversation with their former project manager, where I shared all the project’s requirements.

AppVerticals has met my expectations. The website they’ve developed functions the way I wanted it to. My experience with  AppVerticals has been good so far. 

How did AppVerticals perform from a project management standpoint?

AppVerticals has met deadlines. They initially presented a timeline that was extended for technical reasons beyond their control. However, they communicated with me and let me know what had happened, and gave me the expected time they would need to solve it. In the end, this wasn’t an issue for me because their communication was excellent.

During the development phase, I had weekly calls with AppVerticals’ former project manager. We’ve also communicated through emails and had a good communication flow throughout the process. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with AppVerticals' work quality. I’ve had a pleasant experience, and I’ll continue to work with them since they’re a good service provider for the stage my company is in at the moment. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for AppVerticals to improve. At this moment, I only contact them when I have an issue with the website, but it’s not that often.

I recommend potential customers stick to the project manager that AppVerticals will assign to their project. This has been helpful for me because I don’t have to talk to many people; the project manager is my go-to person and the one who provides all feedback.
