What impressed us most was their ability to translate our academic goals into a digital experience that feels both educational and practical. They showed great attention to user experience and made sure every element supported accessibility and inclusiveness, which is crucial for a public university like ours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Appsters could have done differently?

The project went very smoothly overall. If we were to suggest anything, it would be to include more in-depth training sessions for our internal staff after launch to help them make the most of the platform’s features. Other than that, Appsters delivered excellent results and proved to be a reliable and thoughtful partner.
