In the past, setting tasks, determining scope, and achieving completion used to be a hassle for teams. However, this problem has been successfully resolved with the help of various software solutions. Furthermore, you can even integrate with other software programs and deploy them effortlessly - a big plus.

We are able to launch early and since then we have gained 500+ new clients. We got what we were hoping for.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with Apporio has been one of the best things we’ve done since the pandemic started. We're very impressed with how they're always there to help us with our needs on both projects. We hope to continue working with them for many years to come.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they take the timeline into consideration, since we both have conflicting time zone issues. I would like it they can have 24/7 personnel assigned to our project, or somebody that will be able to assist us at all times. Other than that, everything is fine.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be just to work with them. They have a great team, excellent customer service, and they’re very honest. They always reply on time, and are always looking for solutions to problems. Apporio is one of the best companies I’ve worked with so far.

We started out with around 50 users and in 4 months we got 10000 users of the app and now after some few updates we stand at more than 1800 drivers and 13000 users of the app and the numbers keep growing

Of course the project had its own delays due to unforeseen issues but overall the team was great and responded on time and delivered the milestones as stipulated and outlined

Apporio built one of the first of its kind platforms to provide DD services to the general public. The platform was launched and adopted by thousands in the general public and companies offering our services to employees

Apporio was quite flexible with style and we used a number of tools to communicate frequently including Skype, WhatsApp, Trello, email and video conferencing.

Most impressive was the ability for Apporio to quickly adjust to the changing needs of the business. Our vision for the end product changed along the way as we learned what worked and what didn't. Apporio was able to pivot quickly and help us solve for the answers. They were very engaged in sharing ideas that would make our platform better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Companies can always do things better and Apporio was open to our feedback along the way. At one point, we struggled with communication gaps and the company switched personnel around to help with the gaps.

we searched on the internet for a company to develop our solution. our choice was already made on india during this research. So we came across Apporio's site and then we watched the demos of their solutions on Youtube. that convinced us.

The solution was a mobile application already developed by apporio and which could be customized. So we got in touch with the team who provided a specifications booklet that perfectly matched our needs. Then we started the exchanges via email and Skype for the progress of the project.

We shared our logo and paid google account with Apporio and they started the customization. We have had regular Skype meetings on the status of the project. At each stage they sent us builds to test and give them feedback. At the end when all things was ok, we provide our Apple and Google developers accounts and they deployed the apps.

In the Skype group, we had the project manager, developers (Android, iOS, backend), designer, QA tester. The exchanges was essentially with the project manager but sometimes developers used to ask directly questions if they don’t understand some points in our feedback.

The App is very successful in the first months. We had our firts clients (individuals and companies) and media like newspapers and television are starting to take an interest in our projects and we have done a lot of interviews.

We have raised funds and increased our fleet of vehicles and recruited even more drivers. The government gave us the license for the airport shuttles, which until now was held by one company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communications were easy between us and the apporio team. it was mostly done on Skype and sometimes phone calls to clarify particular things. Every week we received builds to test and give our feedback that we send directly to the skype group. The fixes were made and we were getting more builds to check again and confirm.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was just impressed with how Apporio mastered his product and knew how to handle it to suit the customer's needs. Their products were constantly improving and with every new version, they would innovate functionality and design.

On the human side, the relationship had gone beyond that of business and I have visited Apporio's offices in India 3 times since then. they are super nice team.

Improvement is significant everywhere and I see a lot of evolution at Apporio on the organizational side since the beginning of our collaboration. it's been 4 years now and they continue to manage the maintenance and evolution of our application.

Every year a brand new version comes out and we benefit from updates. I have noticed that they are more and more responsive and the developers who have been there since the beginning have also evolved a lot in skills and experience.

I came across one of Apporio's IT products on Flippa website from there I got in touch with Mr. Keshav -the owner of the company- to go through an extensive exchange about my company needs and his company capacity... After few meetings, expectations were set on both sides.

We designed a custom-made multi-services solution that includes mobile/desktop website, a dynamic backend & iOS/Android Apps. The project took off with providing the specification and the concept design template, the production was focused on the development of the user web interface and the backend.

The complexity of the solution and the need to integrate custom-made estimates formulas for 12 different type of services took about one year of extensive cycles of development & testing as our solution is unconventional with new concepts that forced us to go through lots of changes, trials and errors.

Within the following 6 months we were able to have a fully working alfa version of the iOS and Android Apps.

A hand full of resources were needed throughout the cycles of the solution development, a side from the senior project manager. Apporio secured a frontend web developer, a backend web developer, an iOS developer and an Android developer.

The run test of the solution was successful and led to reshape our offers to our customers, it also led to increase our service capacity and efficiency, in short, the access to our services is easier and cheaper more than ever. The full deployment is pending on increasing our ground labor force, our going to market plans were disturbed by the ongoing pandemic.

The delivery time seemed to be longer than originally estimated by my company but after realizing the complexity and the technology limitations that thought cleared away as we adjusted our expectation to more reasonable delivery dates.

The communication was mainly secured via Skype group calls, Trello and direct communication/collaboration as I had the opportunity to visit Apporio’s offices twice so far.

Mr. Kashev personally supervised the arrangement for my accommodation, plans for tourist city discovery on the personal side of my visits. On the professional side, I benefited from a fully equipped office for myself and my team.

Seriously, the dedication, commitment and for most the passion to adjust to the ever-changing requirements throughout the whole production cycle… They allowed me to invent, change my mind and re-invent again!

As a result, the project remained incomplete and did not meet the performance, quality, or milestone expectations originally presented during onboarding and sales discussions.

Several requested revisions and concerns were acknowledged, but many issues remained unresolved and key deliverables were still incomplete by the end of the engagement. Communication eventually stopped entirely without a proper final handover or project closure. Considering the delays, incomplete work, and lack of proper project closure, the overall value received did not justify the cost of the engagement. It’s waste of money and time
