Initailly Appokart was a Shopify website builder. However, as the trend started to shift to use of mobile apps in e-commerce we were looking for someone to help us target this challenge.

We are looking for app development companies on Google that's where we found them.

Apporio helped us creating an easy to use mobile app builder that allows people running their e-commerce site on Shoppify can turn their site into a mobile app. Their team helped us create a platform that our customers are loving.

We have crossed 100 downloads, and results are visible.

For what projects/services did your company hire Apporio Infolabs Pvt Ltd, and what were your goals?

As the demand for online shopping increased the demand for fast and efficient shipping partners also increased. We saw the opportunity that eCom business owners are looking for shipping partners who will help them deliver their products to their customers easily. However, managing a delivery/supply chain is not easy as it seems. We wanted to build a platform that will provide simplicity to eCom business owners making it easy for them to reach and partner with the delivery service providers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Team Apporio, guided us to build a platform where customers can check and compare different service providers and use the one that seems best to make their deliveries. From our platform, they can manage their delivery orders, track the order status, and get the payment all without the hassle of dealing with unprofessional delivery providers. No missing orders and on-time delivery is what we wanted to help our users to achieve.

The scope of the project was to delivery a complete web app, front end as well as back end. We used various technologies for different modules, primarily Node.js & React.js & technologies like RabbitMQ, Nginx etc. We decided to go ahead with AWS for hosting. Project was divided into various modules. Frontent end, Integrations of Carriers, Admin panels, Merchant panels & Scheduled jobs. UI/UX was finalized before every sprint & delivery of modules

They assigned us a project manager, 1 team lead, 3 developers, and a web designer to work on our project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They understood our vision and build the platform that helped us turn our business idea into reality. We were really struggling with the right and modern design and they came up with very quick feedbacks & suggestions. Our Product team was really happy working with them, as they not only understood our requirements but also provided their inputs and give us a better implementation of various modules.

We have a bi-monthly sprint with them and everything was documented on Jira and majorly our teams communicated via Skype & Google meets.

Communication was really good. Team was really supportive, they were always open for any last minute changes and changes in the scope

Quality of the work was superb, we are really happy. The cost could have been little less, but we are satisfied overall.

I’m the founder of a mobile grocery app.

We originally hired Apporio Infolabs for their ready-made grocery app solution. We needed an app that is simple yet attractive to use.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially, we explain our idea to Apporio’s team. From there we allow Apporio it guide us on how we can launch our own grocery app in less time.

Their ready-made solution was already capable of launching our business in less than a week. However, we took our time testing their solution, so that there will be no bug to fix in the future. Within a month of testing and customising, we get our app live on both the google and apple App Store.

Apporio provided us with a team of 6, including a project manager with whom we were in contact most of the time. Their response was quick and team is very understanding.

In today’s time we all are aware of the impact of mobile apps on a business. By launching our app we get the results we were hoping for. Better customer engagement, more returning customers and less spending in customer retention.

Majority of our communication was done using emails, Skype, google meet and sometimes phone calls too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their experience, as they told us they are in the market of on-demand app development for more than 7 years. Initially we didn’t paid much attention to this, but their experience was valuable as they already knew about our industry in detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, in my project, there was no such hurdle that might break a deal. This is the first app we have built for our business and the entire process was seamless by working with Team Apporio
