The project scope encompassed the complete development of a web and mobile app for social media management.

All milestones were clearly defined, regularly reviewed, and largely delivered on time. The team responded quickly to questions or new requirements, presented solutions, and flexibly implemented necessary adjustments.

The proactive communication was particularly positive, as it kept us informed about the current status at all times and allowed us to react to potential challenges early on.

What impresses us most is their technical expertise, high reliability, and genuine solution-oriented thinking.
The company doesn't just think in terms of features, but in terms of functioning processes – and implemented even complex requirements in a clear, pragmatic, and rapid manner.
The hands-on mentality with which challenges were tackled directly and translated into practical solutions was particularly noteworthy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AppLeute could have done differently?

One area for improvement lies in more accurate time estimates for complex functional requirements.
A more precise estimate of the time required would have been particularly helpful for interface integrations or new features.

Apart from that, the cooperation was very positive – some minor coordination could have been done a little faster, but in the end it was always implemented in a solution-oriented manner.
