We needed help with the development and hosting of our real estate website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Applatus Technologies Pvt Ltd designed and developed our user website and set up our admin panel. The team created the homepage, listing page, and compare page modules. They also implemented our API and search query algorithm and added filters on the listing page, a user review and rating module, a schedule site visit module, and a master data feed through the admin panel.

We started working together in June 2024, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the website a few days ago, so we don’t have a lot of feedback yet. However, 4–5 users have given positive feedback about the website’s features. The algorithm functions properly, and users can navigate the live website. If a user selects a big carpet area, modern amenities, and a bigger project size, the algorithm prioritizes the search results accordingly. Additionally, when a user clicks on the WhatsApp icon near a particular project on the listing page, the API integration lands on the WhatsApp chat window with a pre-typed text inquiry regarding that project. Users can easily inquire and schedule a site visit for a particular project. They can also compare 2–3 projects amongst the shortlisted projects on the listing page.

How did Applatus Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via WhatsApp and Google Meet. There have been some delays, but I haven’t pressured them to catch up on deadlines. I didn’t want the website to be developed in haste and have the quality compromised. Applatus Technologies Pvt Ltd has understood my needs pretty well and delivered the assigned tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sandeep (CEO) is very polite and cooperative. He always responds to my queries.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think seniors should also be involved sometime in the online review meetings of the project’s functioning. Additionally, they should improve the code testing department.
