The scope was to develop and publish a mobile app for the food business, including Firebase authentication, sign-in via phone number, managing different users (such as chef, farmer & customer), handling cart and place order functionality, notifications & In-app chat functionality using Firebase.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team suggested, that we work according to the versions, the first version was basic and we moved bit by bit successfully. Now the app is live with the final motive and getting great user response.

Communication was great, they gave updates as per the client's requirements. We had 2 meetings every week and if we are unable to have a meeting they share a complete update about the progress. The team uses multiple project management software (Such as Jira, Asana, Linear, etc) and they ask to choose any. I opted for Asana and they maintained all the tasks list there.

Quality of Products, Strong Team with the best Technical skills. The best thing about the company is once the project is complete they give maintenance at a good rate.
