I'm the founder of Claimly, an AI-powered fitness app that uses camera-based motion tracking to count your workouts.

We hired App Genie Limited to bring our app to life and get help from experienced people along the way. We also wanted to ensure the app was scalable.

Can you describe the scope of work App Genie Limited handled for Claimly? Please include the main deliverables if you can.

App Genie Limited has handled the end-to-end development and launch of Claimly, our territory-based fitness app for iOS. They've built the core product from the ground up, including the workout-tracking system, the points and territory mechanic that ties completed workouts to local area ownership, and the live leaderboard that determines each area's leader. They've also implemented our subscription model, gating premium features like guided workout plans, AI-based form tracking, and territory leaderboards.In a second phase, App Genie Limited has expanded the app with a challenge-sending feature for viral growth, auto-generated achievement share cards, in-workout voice coaching, a personalized training program based on real performance data, and German-language localization.Beyond development, they've handled our full app store optimization (ASO) — app name, subtitle, keywords, and store listing — to position Claimly around its fitness and territory-competition angle.App Genie Limited has developed the core application end to end. This includes the iOS app itself (built with React Native), the backend infrastructure (Node.js and Firebase), the location-based territory and leaderboard system, the 30-day workout program logic, the camera-based rep counting, and the friend challenge features.Where it makes sense, they've integrated established third-party services rather than rebuilding standard functionality from scratch. For example, Apple Maps for the map layer, Firebase for authentication and push notifications, Amplitude for analytics, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and AppsFlyer for attribution.On my side, I've provided the product vision, the detailed specification, the feature scope, and the brand identity and design direction. App Genie Limited has handled the technical design and full development based on that.

We started working in April 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The output turns out exactly as I want it, with no technical issues. We have 100 users and five subscribers. It's progressing at the pace we want.

How did App Genie Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

App Genie Limited's communication, attention to detail, and punctuality have been impeccable. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

App Genie Limited's openness to new ideas and their ability to quickly integrate these ideas with their past experiences have been impressive.
