The Goal of this project is sellling my products many more through this website.

AP-GROUP serve mobile application & website development service. The project began with an analyzing which let us reach an understanding of the business challenges and goals. Once approved the workflows, wireframes, and mockups, the actual production began in the form of weeks sprints. The functional versions were ready for user testing and feedback every week. Improvements were made during each sprint.

What was the team composition?

The Project team had about 15+ great people. We did have an experienced project manager & a business analyst who was our direct and permanent point of contact. Our business scenario convinced them to suggest an agile & waterfall development approach, which would let us quickly build and test different versions of the desired solutions.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website was developed and launched early but it won't happen because of the unprofessional vendor. But AP-GROUP did it on time with there fast & quick services. In fact, we signed an extended service level agreement with them because of how well they performed.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very impressive, especially compared to other vendors. Their team regularly compiled with deadlines and always communicated delays well ahead of time. Unexpected turnover never to stop critical progress. We communicated exclusively with Skype, email & phone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There is very little they could improve.My only suggestions for the inexperienced is to documnet as much as possible before brainstorming. Validating your project requirements will be much easier with thoughts already articulated.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are none that I can think of, and I know their management team will continue to drive growth. We are thankful for everyone we have worked with them.

I think people and companies can always improve but I feel myself and this company have learnt a lot along the way and adapted very well

We, NCP Infratel, are working into Steel and Fabrication Segment. Our Establishment in the segment was since the 1950s under the guidance and foresight of Mr. Narrottamdas C. Panchal. His Journey started with manufacturing of cash box, cupboard, and safes. Then he expanded his horizon and started taking bulk orders of Fabrication work of Cloth mills and other industries in Ahmedabad during that era. From there the journey began. My position is Director.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

From this project, we got more website traffic and more customers. Using this project employee does not have to understand the customer verbally because they have to only see their website to the respective customer.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Using some project management tool we got timely delivery with efficient work. For the communication purpose, we used Jira, Skype, mail, etc.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Most impressive of this company is they are very open to their employee or clients. There is no secret in between employee and them. They act like family. It is a good point.

There is no such improvement needed.
