Antyra was recruited to completely revamp our existing online presence and drive the book direct strategy for the chain.

The agency provided a clear roadmap and services mix to drive direct bookings.

Antyra designed and built a WordPress website for the 7 boutique villas (at the time), implemented a SEO strategy and ran Google Ad campaigns for each individual property as well as an overall awareness campaign for the brand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The overall number of organic visitors had a 204% growth with the website ranking for an additional 2,000+ keyword permutations and the overall search visibility increasing significantly.

The time on page, bounce rate and pages per session metrics showed positive movement.

Overall online bookings showed a 30% growth within a 4 month period.

A clear project plan with milestones was communicated at project kick-off. The company appointed a single point of contact for the engagement.

The website and SEO project were delivered within the time specified. There was some minor delays in the content creation due to logistical challenges, but this was openly discussed and agreed upon by all parties.

They had a proven track record in the hospitality industry and had the best designs of all the vendors we evaluated.

Furthermore, they discussed real-world objectives with us, such as bookings, revenue, and distribution goals, and seemed to genuinely care about delivering results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Antyra Solutions could have done differently?

They had a weekly summary email and monthly report with a strategic call.

We spoke to them and asked for weekly meetings as there were ad campaigns running. This was then addressed by them.
