I’m the owner of a company that provides trash bin sanitation and deodorization for commercial and residential customers.

We needed help building a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our Java website from scratch. I needed it created very quickly. The team was able to come out and take pictures of our truck. Then, they worked on it over the weekend. It was live by Monday.

They were able to create a landing page with information about our company and our eco-friendly equipment. From there, customers can send in a request and it leads them to our scheduling feature. Currently, they host the site and make updates as needed.

I worked with one person from their team.

They were referred to us.

We spent $2,000 initially. We also spend $35.99 per month on hosting.

What is the status of this engagement?

This project took place in November 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They met all of our expectations. We needed the site done in just one weekend and they delivered. They learned to work in Java just for this project, which was very impressive.

How did Antares Systems LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They went above and beyond. They were communicative and the process was seamless. We communicated through WhatsApp and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was really impressed with the quality of work. They were detail-oriented and built a site that needed minimal changes. They were able to match our branding, too. It’s really easy working with them. Whatever we needed, they got it done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re comfortable speaking Spanish but I’d recommend them branching out to speaking English to broaden their business. Otherwise, they’re very knowledgeable and their designs are great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re ready to go, they’ll be ready too. Provide them whatever you need as quickly as possible and they’ll get the job done.

Jose is our main point of contact, he is the owner of Antares Systems and his team includes 2 Designers, 1 Developer, and a person that does the Social Planning.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Antares team is pretty easy to work with, they had provided us unique support during the last two years, The website design and performance are good, and the look and feel make us apart from the local competition.

We have able to grow our social channels and lead generation since with started working with Antares Systems
