Continued engagement is the greatest success. Continuing to actively monitor the business, work with the Finance and Operations to ensure their needs are being met.

Initial release and continuous improvement releases have been on-time and within budget. Development team performed QA which typically passed. The team took initiative to recommend approaches to accomplish the desired results (e.g. to use DB functions when appropriate...).

Azure develop tools for sprints/tickets. Daily scrums, Slack for real time communication. Weekly management meetings.

Non noted. When issues surfaced, as they do on technical projects, we would consistently meet as a team to discuss going forward approach and also discussed how to improve as a team.

Once approved, they developed, code reviewed and unit tested the changes prior to handing over to testing team.

We were able to release the large and complex enhancements on timely manner without any delay. Their technical implementation expertise has helped us to navigate through the technical & functionalities complexities without any impact at our end.

There was a proactive project management style adopted by them. They believe in more communication than less communication. Barring few minor instances here and there, it all went smoothly throughout the project tenure.

The project is being developed using an Agile/Waterfall hybrid model and supported by using the Azure DevOps tool and GIT for project management, CI/CD pipelines, and source control.

Their results were very acceptable and allowed us to acquire more clients. Response time was good, it was like 24 x7 availability of the team, one of the most reliable team I have worked with in my career of 25+ years.
