I am the founder, president, and physician of Atrium Medical PC, a primary care medical office in New York.

We wanted to have a clean, modern, and user-friendly website. As a new business, we wanted to improve our overall visibility on search engines.

Annexal built a website for my medical practice. They implemented SEO and completed a standalone, video-editing project for us. Currently, their team is helping us run an advertising and ad words campaign through social media.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website that Annexal built is effective. It is professional and has all the features we envisioned it would. Patients can easily find our online content and our information through the site, which increased our business. Features that Annexal embedded in the website (based upon their prior insights) has helped lift the rankings of the website in organic searches; They continue to improve our visibility and profile.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our project manager is excellent. She seamlessly communicates our requirements to her team of developers and acts as a great intermediary. They are great communicators and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Every time we request an addition or an edit, their project manager follows up promptly and sends us a work report showing the actions taken. We had a very pleasant experience working with them so far.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

The time difference sometimes makes real-time actions difficult, but this is offset by the outstanding responsiveness of their team.

Annexal did a fantastic job designing and creating the website (both desktop and mobile version) for our medical practice in Manhattan based on the brief they were given. They also maintain the website, updating content regularly and making sure patients have access to news and information.
