I was looking for an effective and proficient way of aiding me in conveying my lectures to my students when I was suggested to use explainer videos. For this I partnered with Anideos to produce a short explainer video to test this new method of content delivery. The video was 45 seconds long and the script and voiceover for the video was provided be me. In return Anideos designed storyboards and final animation for my script.

Once done with that he was kind enough to prioritize my project and deliver it in a span on just 14 days.

Their turnaround time was amazing. Although I was skeptical at the beginning of the project but Khurram assured me that they have worked on various medical videos on delivered projects in recorded time and to my surprise he upheld his promise by delivering the video in just 14 days.

We selected this vendor through a listing site. After getting their profile we search for their online presence and portfolio. Their strong web presence and high approval rating on different listing sites was the deciding factor for us to continue the project.

The video was a simple explainer video explaining how our board portal allows the top management to collaborate securely and more efficiently. The project started with the kick-off meeting, after discussing the initial brief we went towards script writing.

For us, this was the most important step as we wanted them to communicate our message in an engaging yet simple way, and to our surprise, their writing team did a splendid job. The script was just perfect and was appreciated by everyone. After the process was pretty simple. They provided us with a storyboard and then the first draft of the final video. After it was finalized they provided us with the final video.

We worked with Khurram who was the account manager for our project and POC for this project. We usually communicated over emails and over zoom for important discussion.

We have uploaded this video over our social media and channels and it was also used by our sales team for their pitches to the clients. Over all, we have observed great outcomes and the video has greatly assisted our sales efforts.

Anideos was recommended to us by one of our associates. In our initial meeting, they suggested we go with 3D floor plans instead of regular 2D ones. We were so impressed with the quality of the samples they provided and the price they charged that we decided to finalize the deal.

For the 3D floor plans, the process was pretty simple, I provided the brief of every floor, and they converted it into Beautiful 3D floor plans as per our brief. For the interior designs, we had to provide them with the necessary details, including placement of furniture, furniture style, and other essential information, which they converted into 3D renders.

The feedback process was usually on zoom calls to better explain the requirements of the project and to make sure that we all were on the same page. Occasionally we also provided them with feedback over email.

The Floor plans helped us immensely in project completion. While the interior designs helped us with our marketing strategy and brought down the overall project cost as they helped us visualize our thoughts and eliminate unnecessary things at the initial stages.

Till now Anideos has produced 6 videos for us and the quality and outcome is amazing. We have recorded great numbers of views on our YouTube channel and the series has helped us immensely in promoting our services and creating awareness.

The account manager was pretty corporative through out the process, he understood the importance of our deadlines and made sure that the videos were delivered on time. For feedback, they uploaded the videos on their YouTube channel on private settings and shared the links with us. Once reviewed we shared our feedback with necessary changes through email or zoom meeting if needed.

Their timeliness was really impressive. We have been working with them for more than 5 months and every time they manage to deliver on time.

We needed four professionally produced full-color covers for four core rulebooks for our upcominf tabletop fantasy role-playing game.

How did you select Anideos and what were the deciding factors?

Of all the artists I contacted they were the most responsive and professional in their interactions.

There was an initial consultation during which I told them the nature of the project and it was explained to me what they needed from me in order to produce the covers I was requestion. A cost was quoted.

I paid half of the cost up front and provided the cover descriptions as well as examples of other work that illustrated the kind of results I was expecting. Given the nature of the project, they asked for an additional cost, to which I agreed, but was not required to pay up-front. At the completion of a sample for each cover I was permitted to request up to two edits.

There were occasionally phone calls to discuss my edits. At the completion and approval of all four samples I was invoiced and paid the remaining cost. The final covers were delivered to me in two digital formats.

How many people from the Anideos team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only worked with the team lead. I never spoke to any other team member directly or electronically.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I wasn't the easiest customer to work with. I connected with Anideos over Facebook and was consequently a little paranoid about being taken advantage of. I needn't have been. Every interaction, both in email and over the phone, with the team leader was professional, responsive and sensitive to what I wanted out of the project.

Working on four covers for my upcoming fantasy RPG, the first was an automatic hit - spot on perfect. We had some edits on the others, with an almost complete reversal of theme and content for the last. But with each edit they were right there with me and in the end I have four absolutely stunning covers I will be proud to put on my rulebooks!

I'm an old-school businessman, preferring a face-to-face handshake to this remote, digital, no-contact world we live in. It was uncomfortable for me to work with a team I never met nor even had a glimpse of. But you can't argue with results. I am very satisfied with my project from Anideos and will definitely work with them again.

We communicated via email or over the phone. While English was not my contact's mother tongue, there was no barrier to communication - he spoke English very well. He listened, then responded. It was a very fluid communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The final art was impressive. As I mention above, I'm not accustomed to working with project partners 100% remotely and was uncomfortable doing so. But in the end I am pleased with the process and results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One of the initial images they shared for my second cover included an image I'd seen elsewhere on the internet and I was concerned about plagiarism. It was explained to me that the image was only a placeholder and not the final image. Still, I think they should avoid even the appearance of such impropriety in the future.
