The team made sure all our concerns were regarded, and they were responsive to our feedback. They were also adhered to their promises of satisfaction.

We were expecting the project to finish in a much shorter time but i believe the amount of issues we were facing needed more time than we had initially expected it to.

For a client, we needed to make a series of explainer videos along with their branding. So in order to solve this issue we needed an animation house that can create those videos at a low cost as we didn't have a huge budget to go around with.

I started with a Google search and after contacting a couple of companies I found Anideos pricing to be most attractive.

The project started with a virtual meeting with their sales rep. After we briefed them about our services and direction of the animation we provided them with the scripts and they worked on the characters, after that was completed they provided us with a storyboard of our explainer video after a few backs and for we were able to finalize the story after which the animation process started.

We worked with a senior sales rep, Daniyal. The feedback process started on the storyboard stage we had a few changes we wished to make, they were really responsive and changes were made as per the time discussed. In total we had them make 5 changes in our videos and despite their free 3 change policy they didn't charge us extra for the revisions.

Due to NDA signed with my client, I can not share the outcome of the project.

We communicated through phone calls initially and through out the process we were connected through phone, email and skype. The project started at 4th of Dec. We provided them with the initial brief and after a detailed discussion on 8th of Dec we further provided them with the scripts as the videos were bit of technical side and we wanted to save some cost on the project.

Till 24th of December they provided us with both the storyboards. After few changes from our sides and alteration it was confirmed till 26th. We received our first cut of the animation of 16th of Jan and again we asked to revisions on them as per our clients instructions. After all of that we received our videos till 22nd of Jan.

The main thing we loved about them was their honesty, communication, and punctuality.

We wanted to turn our creative ideas into a 3D interior model of a house. For this purpose we hired Anideos. Our creatives provided the team with several different designs and were asked to turn them into a 3D model. We wanted to use these kinds of videos for our marketing campaigns.

Anideos converted those ideas which were in 2D sketches into a masterpiece of 3D videos.

This was our first time going with a 3D video, so after contacting the team at Anideos our team set an online meeting their our account manager. Our head of creatives explained the idea and brief to our account manager who forwarded it to their animation team. During the animation process, we had several meetings with their animation team in which we directly briefed them about our requirements.

We worked with several individuals at Anideos. The feedback process was amazing. The major issue I usually have with my agency partners is the difficulty of reaching out to them but over here things were different. They were very responsive and quick in implementing required changes.

Our initial communication was through Gmail after which we switched to zoom and google meet for online meetings. to check the progress of my work they shared YouTube links of my video which was only viewable to me.

It was a promotional video for our company. The process started with interviews first, the next phase was storyboard. After that they got the voiceover done and started the animation for the video. At every stage their progress was shared with us for feedback and reviews.

We found them on bark.com. During our initial phone call, Harris had made some suggestions that video's are a very good way to market our business and he was absolutely right.

We provided Harris with screenshots and a script. We also picked out a voice over actor to make the video. Harris would send us over the final video and we would approve it.

The video's were well done both visually and with quality voice over actors.

Harris was very good as far as communication during the project. The only small criticism I have is if you don't pay an extra fee to expedite the project, it can take a little longer to get the video finished than I had hoped for.

Maybe get the video's done quicker without having to paying extra fees.

It was the first time I worked with this company and I wanted a contract and they would not do it, that concerned me and they wanted full payment before all work was done. I'd rather pay partial payment and final payment upon completion of the work. those were the two issues that I had.
