I’m the owner of a vape store. We sell vape supplies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Andrich Media?

We hired them for SEO services and website improvements. We also wanted to integrate our POS with online sales.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main thrust was improving our visibility on the web locally and nationally for online sales. That involved creating a well-functioning website that would be integrated with our sales system and merchant services. We also consulted with them on graphics and design.

For SEO, we work with them closely on keyword research. They’ve also helped with digital marketing campaigns. Those have been through email. While we’re not allowed to advertise on social media, they did help us with what we could do on social media. They tracked the data to find areas for improvement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Andrich Media is the best company I’ve dealt with, and I’ve worked with a lot of different companies. We look through reports provided by their team to see search ranking improvements for our company and products.

Since we’ve employed them, our online sales have improved each month. We’ve received many comments on the functionality and look of our site.

How did Andrich Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Our contact did everything with my consultation and input, but they did very well to manage all of the different parts. They made sure to clarify what our needs were, reporting back promptly on progress and finalization.

We communicate through email, text, and Skype meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at Andrich Media is diligent in all aspects.

I honestly can’t think of anything.
