Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Seam Consulting LLC, a single-member LLC. I provide interior design and consultancy services for commercial building projects. I started this company in May 2020.

What challenge were you trying to address with Anchor Marketing Co.?

I’ve been working with an architectural design business for the last 4–5 years. I’m a small startup that is in need of marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Anchor Marketing Co. provided SEO and web design services. Since I haven't worked with Marta (Owner) on a project before, she's been through some of the services that I may need. She created my logo, and when funding was available, she created my website, which was launched a few weeks ago. Marta is also responsible for SEO optimization, digital marketing, and website maintenance.

I work with Marta directly.

How did you come to work with Anchor Marketing Co.?

I met Martha a couple of years ago. I knew her talents and I referred her to a client of mine for their magazine's website and marketing revamp. My client was really pleased with her work. That was evidence that she knew what she was doing. She also showed me a couple of websites she's just recently built, which really sold me on working with her. I never thought about switching over from Anchor Marketing Co.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent about $3,500 on the website. I also pay $40 a month for website maintenance.

What is the status of this engagement?

The ongoing project began in May 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It's a new website so I don't have any metrics on that yet. I expect to have more detailed metrics shortly. Our main goal was recognizability online, which we definitely achieved.

How did Anchor Marketing Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management point of view, Marta has always been very competent. She's quick to respond, caring, and listens to my needs. She goes through the milestones leading up to the development of the website and sets straightforward expectations. Most of the time, we connect via email with some phone calls and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I was starting out my company, Marta was very supportive and responsive. She knows a lot and she’s very skilled, but she doesn’t come off as arrogant. Despite her level of talent, she is receptive to feedback. She delivers things on time and I know what to expect. Marta is very professional and knows what she’s talking about.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that I'd want to change.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd just say to throw all your ideas out at Marta because she has the experience to know what can work and what can't work. Just be open and explore everything.

I’m the co-founder of True View Dental Radiology. We’re a dental teleradiology service that receives primarily 3D imaging from other dentists and dental specialists. We review the images, write out a report, and send the report back, so a website is significant for us to have since we’re entirely online.

What challenge were you trying to address with Anchor Marketing Co.?

We needed a landing platform where we could provide information for potential clients as well as link them to a HIPAA-compliant, secure portal. Here, they’d be able to upload their cases to us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Anchor Marketing Co. built our portal and also created business cards for us. The project is complete and now they provide maintenance as well as handle small changes and updates. We’re going to add a blog section to our platform.

We primarily work with Marta (Owner) and Vijay (COO) assists as needed.

How did you come to work with Anchor Marketing Co.?

Marta created my wife’s website, and she had a great experience with that engagement. Of course, my business partner had never worked with Marta so we interviewed several different vendors.

Ultimately, we selected Anchor Marketing Co. because we were very impressed with the amount of preparation they had coming into the meeting as well as with how detail-oriented and familiar with SEO they were.

We’ve invested approximately $5,300.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in February 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had some clients come to us simply through a web search. That’s a huge thing because it means the SEO has actually brought people to our website that I haven’t reached out to bring into the company yet.

How did Anchor Marketing Co. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re fantastic. We receive constant e-mail updates from Marta. We’ve also set up several meetings. If there’s something that needs to be discussed in more detail, we typically do that through Google Meet.

Marta used Loom, a professional video messaging platform, which gave us video tutorials of updates that had been done. There’s a lot of back-and-forth, and Martha was on top of everything the whole time. If we had any suggestions, she worked with us on them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Communication is key, and this has been a strong suit with them. Their attention to detail is spectacular; every little thing they do, they come back to us and make sure we’re happy with it. Anchor Marketing Co. works with what we desire for our end product versus what they have specifically in mind. Our open line of communication has made the biggest impact.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I know Marta was dealing with a lot of projects at once. The only thing I can think of is there were a couple of little delays but nothing significant to derail the project.
