Additionally, we’ve achieved a meaningful reduction in Last Mile costs relative to Net Revenue, highlighting the project's success in optimizing efficiency while maintaining profitability. Another major improvement has been the establishment of a quick, responsive team that consistently goes above and beyond to deliver the best outcomes. Their dedication and adaptability have been pivotal in driving these exceptional results.
