We hired AMS Pilot to improve our Amazon PPC profitability and launch and scale our TikTok shop.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AMS Pilot handles our Amazon PPC and TikTok shop for one of our brands. On Amazon, they manage our full campaign, including restructuring and reporting. On TikTok, they source creators, set up affiliates, and develop our content strategy. Key deliverables include weekly Amazon PPC reports, campaign restructuring across our main SKUs, and sponsored brand video campaigns. On the TikTok side, they provide a creator roster, affiliate briefs, and monthly GMV reports.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AMS Pilot's work has resulted in our Amazon ACoS dropping from around 34% to 20%. Sales on our main products are up about 25%–30%. Our TikTok shop is still growing but already showing solid GM. Our month-over-month growth has been around 20%–30% since launch, so the trend is positive. For Amazon, we track ACoS, ROAS, and organic keyword rankings, which are all moving in the right direction. For TikTok, we mainly track GMV and creator performance. We also look at overall net profit across both channels, which is the main thing for us.

How did AMS Pilot perform from a project management standpoint?

AMS Pilot generally delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

AMS Pilot's focus on profit over vanity metrics is impressive.

We work with AMS Pilot as partners, and we approached them with the task of helping our clients with their Amazon ads. AMS Pilot conducted an audit of a client's product, encompassing niche analysis, competitor evaluation, and an examination of an advertising account. Additionally, they calculated the unit economy for the client brand, crucial for determining the budgets required. They then presented a 9-month strategy with clear suggestions for enhancing client listing and A+ content. During the cooperation they consistently launched and optimized advertising campaigns and took care of everything about on the account.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Together we achieved extraordinary results: a significant reduction in ACoS during the 1st month, a threefold increase in sales, and a boost in organic sales. Additionally, following advice on improving A+ content and descriptions, clients' brand conversion rates also witnessed improvement. Our success perfectly aligned with what we identified in the initial audit, and thanks to effective strategy, we achieved it.
