We needed help reviewing our numbers, understanding our profits, and increasing our margins. We also needed help with market analysis for new product launches.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AMS Pilot has helped us increase our net margins from 10%–15% to 20%. The team has also helped us launch a new brand in a new market and achieve profitability within 12 months in Germany and a couple of months in the UK. AMS Pilot provides financial analysis, market research, and operational support.

AMS Pilot has helped us achieve profitability. We measure profitability through our 20% margins and our target net profit each month. We also measure success through the revenue of our new product launches.

We work with AMS Pilot as partners, and we approached them with the task of helping our clients with their Amazon ads. AMS Pilot conducted an audit of a client's product, encompassing niche analysis, competitor evaluation, and an examination of an advertising account. Additionally, they calculated the unit economy for the client brand, crucial for determining the budgets required. They then presented a 9-month strategy with clear suggestions for enhancing client listing and A+ content. During the cooperation they consistently launched and optimized advertising campaigns and took care of everything about on the account.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Together we achieved extraordinary results: a significant reduction in ACoS during the 1st month, a threefold increase in sales, and a boost in organic sales. Additionally, following advice on improving A+ content and descriptions, clients' brand conversion rates also witnessed improvement. Our success perfectly aligned with what we identified in the initial audit, and thanks to effective strategy, we achieved it.
