Designed and developed a custom website with an integrated valet booking system to make it easier for customers to book services and simplify appointment management for the business. The project included website design, development, mobile optimisation, user experience improvements, and booking workflow implementation. Alongside the website launch, an ongoing SEO strategy was delivered, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, local SEO, and technical improvements to increase search visibility and generate consistent organic bookings. The result was a more efficient booking process and a steady flow of new customer enquiries through the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ambition Digital could have done differently?

Honestly, there is very little we would change. Communication was clear, deliverables were completed on time, and the results met our expectations. If anything, we would have liked to start the project sooner, as the improvements to our booking process and the increase in enquiries delivered value quite quickly.

I'm the CEO of Okala Limited. We provide biodiversity monitoring and reporting services using best-in-class technologies for governments, NGOs, extractives, renewables, and other land managers anywhere in the world.

We hired Ambition Digital to run a targeted online advertising campaign for our services and software platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ambition Digital delivered SEO services, created booking forms on our website, and developed graphics and text for Google Ads. The team also handled the setup and management of the Google Ads campaign.
