To work with our Product manager to refresh key aspects of our product design language and also significantly upgrade our Shortlist and Share feature. These included some new design components for talent profile cards and also some user flow prototypes and final designs.

Final designs were the output, however cannot disclose the end product metrics. Suffice to say that total number of users increased partially due to the work done by Ambian.

I am the Founder CEO of toCode Technologies. We are a product development company developing products and solutions to Banking and Financial Services Companies. Digid is our flagship brand through which we deliver our high tech products.

Ambian Strategy is our chosen creative partner for last 4 years. We have employed Ambian for many of projects over the years, especially for designing the UI/UX for all our product stable. Besides, Ambian has helped us in creating the marketing sites as well.

How did you select this vendor?

We found Ambian through the web search. We shortlisted them after reviewing their past work and brought them onboard after they successfully completed a mobile app design for our product. This was 4 years (2018) and since then Ambian has been our strategic partner in all our product development, providing for UI/UX and for product evolution too.

This particular project in cotext is building a product ground up for Digital Onboarding and ID Verification. The target audience for this work is predominantely Banks. Ambian designed us complete UI/UX for this application. We had intially provided Ambian team with the idea of the product and they came back to us with a set of quetionaire to create the user persona list.

After we sucessfully identifying the user personas they went about with the data architectuing and wireframe designing. We iterated through with the data arch and wireframes and finalized them. Ambian, from there took up the process of creating the high fidelity designs and delivered us the specs and necessary UI components which we took to the development.

We predominantly liased with creative director and the project manager from Ambian. Time-to-time, we had discussion with larger team as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product (Digid.ai) is completely live for close to an year now with live customers iusing the application. Uniformly across all our customer base ( and potential customers) we have always received accolades for the great user experience the product carries and that credit greatly belongs to Ambian team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. By now, we understand the effort a good UI/UX design takes and have created a right workflow. As I have explained in the project stages earlier, we follow the process (Idea brainstroming - data arch - wireframe - design) to its truest spirit which has yeilded great result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Undoubtedly, their keen attention to detail was the key factor to high-quality collaboration results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At times, they are rigid.

We embarked on a journey to build a SaaS platform where users could manage their software Testing projects, and hired Ambian to design the UX for the product.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The UI/UX designs delivered by Mathu and team have served as the foundation of not only our SaaS product, but also to a couple of internal use products as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mathu is always reachable and an affable person. She connects with the team instantly and is a very effective communicator. Her team has a very effective review methodology that consists of wireframes, visual designs, videos that walk us through the designs, as well as calls to iron out issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team has a very distinct definition of "A Good User Experience".This not only impressed us, but also helped us find potential bottlenecks with our backend flows that we tweaked in order to make our product more effective. Ambian's team has exceptional UI/UX skills. Another thing that impressed us very much was the research the team undertook in order to understand our domain deeper and bring us a very good UI/UX design.
