Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

To support the build of custom software infrastructure supporting Buzzcube’s internal operations. The scope covered developing bespoke tools and applications tailored to the business’s workflows, building automated processes in n8n to connect systems and reduce manual work across operations, sales and client delivery, and designing and implementing a central database to store, structure and report on operational and client data. The overall aim was a more integrated, automated and data-driven operational backbone that improves efficiency, visibility and scalability as the business grows.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered a significant step change in Buzzcube’s access to and use of its own data. Information that was previously scattered across multiple systems, and slow or impractical to pull together, is now centralised and available on demand. The business now has robust, real-time analytics and reporting covering operations, client activity and team performance, giving leadership clear visibility into metrics that were previously hard to reach. Reports that once required manual collation can now be generated with ease, enabling faster and better-informed decision-making across the company.

Very responsive and collaborative. Communication was quick and easy throughout. This hands-on approach meant questions were answered promptly and we go through the challenges with ease.

What stood out most was his ability to help us reach our goals with relative ease. Projects that seemed complex or daunting at the outset became manageable under his guidance, as he broke problems down into clear, achievable steps and steered us toward the right solutions. He made a technically demanding process feel straightforward, so we could stay focused on running the business while still achieving everything we set out to do.
