Key deliverables included a defined design system with an institutional colour palette and typographic hierarchy, a custom mobile navigation system built from scratch, self-hosted fonts replacing all Google Fonts calls, a must-use plugin to strip residual external font requests at HTML level, a proprietary open-source accessibility plugin automating alt text generation, viewport zoom compliance and ARIA injection, privacy-first analytics configuration with WP Statistics, and a PageSpeed improvement from 75 to 97 on mobile.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Google PageSpeed Insights mobile scores improved significantly within one week: Performance from 75 to 97, Accessibility from 87 to 93, Best Practices from 96 to 100, and SEO from 92 to 100. The site achieved full GDPR compliance with zero external font requests, and WCAG accessibility standards were met without requiring a cookie consent banner.
