We were looking for a partner to help develop two websites for current clients. The design had been completed, but we wanted to use some of the latest WordPress functionality and needed additional expertise. We needed pixel-perfect implementation of the designs.

Flexibility. The team at Altum was highly flexible with client feedback and changes. In addition, they gave feedback on the designs, which helped them be more streamlined for better UX/UI. Having another set of eyes was nice to ensure our clients received a better product than expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Altum Software could have done differently?

We are using them on more projects in 2024 because their process is dialed in and very secure. The only improvement that I can suggest would be on our end. They helped us see how we can better hand off things to their development team in the future. They were very gracious to us, as I am sure they are to all their clients.

The process began with a detailed audit of the current website and each page within the site map. The project then concluded with implementation of the recommendations outlined in the audit.

I was most impressed by their adaptability and responsiveness. With many agencies, I don't get this level of visibility and interaction that DevOut Labs provides. I'm often left in the dark or have to redo work that is provided by other vendors.

If we were to take on a longer-term project or retain DevOut for regular work, I would appreciate more frequent or at least a regular standing meeting to go over any questions or bottlenecks to the work.

Karina was our project manager and was outstanding at keeping the project moving forward. At all times the CEO was engaged to ensure we were pleased and Vlas the web developer was excellent bringing the website live.

After launching our site we received overwhelming positive feedback about the look and feel but also our messaging.

I could not ask more. We end testing the the cart section. Everything was working well.

Altum Agency delivers perfectly functioning and very stable websites. Furthermore Altum Agency does everything to stick to timelines, no matter how tight they are. They make it possible with a very talented and big team and are willing to bend over backwards (work late nights, weekends) to make it work.

Altum Agency has been providing us with web development and design on WordPress. They’ve been assisting us with SEO, making updates, and creating graphics and custom material that we ask them to do. They took over an existing platform and were instrumental in making suggestions and cleaning up a lot of features that the person that preceded me added to the site.

In terms of added features, we’ve created an online training portal, the ability to implement e-commerce, and other functionalities that would make things more engaging to bring up our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The leads that we’ve gotten thanks to their work are essential. Before engaging with them, we had 75 digital conversions, and in the last year, we grew that to 121 — that’s a massive increase because we wanted to grow by 50%, and we exceeded that. Overall, we’re 100% satisfied with their work.

How did Altum Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is exceptional; we’ve never had a problem with them going over budget or being delayed with anything. In terms of communication, we use Zoom, Slack, and Asana. They were also able to adapt to our tools, making our process very effective.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They’re easy to work with, and that’s outstanding — this is how development should be.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Scope only a project with them, and after you see their price-effectiveness, you’ll end up scoping more work.
