I am the CEO of startup Wishland.pk, which is an e-commerce platform working in Pakistan offering more than 2000 products for its shoppers.

We hire AlphaTech for the development of an e-commerce website for our online retail shopping startup. We were looking for website developers to develop an eCommerce shopping website for our store. The ultimate goal was to sell our 80+ shopping categories all over Pakistan.

Fortunately, one of my friends who is a previous client of AlphaTech recommended me AlphaTech.

So we required a complete eCommerce website including all the features and technology that the latest shopping website should have. We had a few meetings before starting. Then they provide some mockups. We select one mockup and after two weeks they develop our website. we check website functionality and approve it. Lastly, they transfer our website to our official domain from their sub-domain.

There were 4 to 5 people in contact with me. One was the project lead, a designer, a senior developer, and a digital marketer and content writer.

Finally, my brand is now able to sell products all over Pakistan. I am happy with the final product, it's fast, secure, and has all the latest shopping features that really help me in marketing like instant chatbots, CRM integration, email marketing, shipping, coupons, etc...

They update project updates on Asana where I can easily monitor what's going on and how much is done. At the day's end, they also update me on WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had all the right skills and knowledge to develop e-commerce websites. They also guide me through the whole process and at the end, they especially teach me how to manage my website on my own

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall i am satisfied with the service they provide me.

I am the founder and CEO of Recruitment Club. We provide Staffing and Recruiting services all over the world. We now have a job board website for our members. With our website, employers can post jobs and candidates can apply for jobs to get hired. It actually connects potential employers and candidates on a single platform.

We were planning to launch a job portal where candidates and employers can connect with each other. Employers can post jobs and candidates can apply for jobs, upload resume, and showcase their profile in front of employers. So, we hired AlphaTech Solution for this project.

We research online for website developers and find some companies. We interviewed all selected companies and select AlpahTech Solution for our project. The major deciding factor was relevant experience and portfolio.

We had multiple meetings with the team before we get started. AlphaTech provide 2 mockups and after selecting one they started developing our website. During the development, we had a few meetings to discuss some features. Lastly, they developed our website and transfer it to our liver server, and after our approval, they publish our website.

4 peoples were in contact with us. One was the project lead, a senior developer, and a designer, and one was a content writer who writes all the content of our website.

The final product is exactly what I want, even a bit better. Thanks to the project lead who truly leads the project. And thanks to AlphaTech for providing these amazing services and 3 months of free technical support. I am totally satisfied with the services they offered me. Now I am taking SEO services from them.

The project management style was similar to all others, we had a meeting every week. They update the project status on Asana so I always check what's going on. For communication, we were using WhatsApp, which i preferred.

They had really amazing support. The project lead briefed every thing to me each day in the WhatsApp group. I am impressed with their skills and customer support.

So far so good! But i had some issues, a few links were not working i told them and they make them active in a moment.

We are totally satisfied with their delivered work. they provide a full fledge website with all SEO services and maintenance as well. we are now able to publish our blogs and events to get organic traffic to our website.

We had meetings with the project manager throughout the project. and continuously in touch with developer as well. If there were any delays or any information they needed, we exchanged through WhatsApp.

Their customer support and communication skills were impressive. They not only designed our website but also provide local SEO services with maintenance as well.

In the optimizing phase, there were issues with social links and the gallery of the website. we let them know, and they optimized it properly.

they took an extra repetition setting the color scheme for the website ,but overall their knowledge and skills are great .

Our business is growing, so we want to improve branding. We need new social media brandings including cover banners, logos. We also need menu cards and a virtual digital menu card like a vCard.

One my friend refer me to AlphaTech solution. They send some sample designs that i really like so i decide to work with them.

Our project include multiple designs like virtal digital menu card, cover images of social media pages, and logo. Project manager create some demo designs and share with us, then we send our content that they put on our selected designs. And lastelly we ask some changes. After all they send us all the source files and orignal files by mail.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Final designs are really amazing, even our regular customers like our new branding . With improved branding it feels like now we can compete with any brand in our local market. I am very happy with the service they provide us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Overall communication was very nice. The project manager and the designer were very gental and nice talking guys. We use whatsapp to communicate, and good thing is that i can chat with them any time.

Their design skills were highly impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall experice working with AlphaTech was good, they did some late responses in weekends but this is something that can be acceptable.
