We greenlit this addition, recognizing its potential to elevate the game's interactive experience and align it with modern gaming practices. 
We collaborated on designing and developing game assets, including characters, levels, and animations, while integrating features like social sharing, in-game chat, and achievements. AlphaNova seamlessly integrated the new gameplay feature into our existing game architecture, ensuring smooth functionality. Recognizing the importance of analytics, they implemented tools to track player interactions across various game elements.

AlphaNova successfully delivered the game within a notable timeframe. The added features not only expanded gameplay options but also significantly increased the overall value of the game. We accurately assessed its performance through comprehensive analytics. 
The implementation of new pipelines eliminated the previous two-week content update delay, making updates instantaneous. As a result, player retention stabilized, and session durations for the new gameplay feature skyrocketed from a mere thirty seconds to an impressive two minutes. Additionally, working with AlphaNova proved cost-effective, with estimated savings compared to in-house or other external agencies nearing 300%.

The project manager Yurii demonstrated exceptional diligence and responsiveness from the outset. Utilizing a comprehensive dashboard, they provided clear visibility into deadlines, milestones, and potential project risks, complemented by regular status updates to ensure effective project oversight. 
Their proactive approach allowed us to monitor progress effectively and maintain transparency throughout the project. The project manager Yurii played a vital role in ensuring seamless project completion by promptly addressing any potential issues.

Their unique methodology distinguished them within the game development realm and significantly contributed to the project's success. Their proactive engagement and valuable insights were particularly commendable.

To be honest, all processes at AlphaNova are streamlined, structured and always under control. Once the game is completed, the priority should be to facilitate user testing to attract new players - but it is our job to gather a community of players to gather feedback. 
We encountered difficulties in organizing user testing after development was completed. To minimize requests for revisions, perhaps AlphaNova can expand its services by creating a gaming community for testing finished games, which will help clients like us receive more analytical information
