The aim was to develop a suitable identity for Purevirtual. Purevirtual is a boutique consultancy for top-quality advice and representation of project interests. The soft factors that make up the special success of working with Purevirtual had to be brought into a corresponding brand identity.

This was developed:

• Business cards, posters, stationery, various brochures
• The website

The developed brand was perceived extremely favorably by all business partners. The brand has helped us to be recognized internationally as a high-quality company. We even received purchase offers for the brand.

Antonio is a very good project manager and has always made every effort to ensure that everything runs to schedule. Anotnio is not afraid to lead the customer and ensure that the project is a joint success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The good taste! Antonio and his team had a unique branding sense. I have yet to see a result that I wouldn't consider absolutely stylish. In addition, there is an absolute seriousness in the execution and the will to go the extra mile for a good result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alphamark™ could have done differently?

I don't see much room for improvement here. Some things could be done even faster, but I don't see that as a point of criticism, but as a result of working with a small, but all the more powerful team. Sometimes you have to wait for resources and the communication about this is very honest.

Outcome Creative and Alphamark engaged in an agreement for the duration of 4 months. The project consisted of two key phases. The first was an in-depth exploration and creation of bringing to life the brand I had envisioned for my consultancy.

Specific deliverables include building a logo, identifying and securing an ownable font and color palette, and then handing off a brand style guide demonstrating all of the work we had done, the do's and don'ts for future designers who inherit the assets, and presentation templates that could be utilized immediately for client engagements. 

The second phase of the project was taking the brand we had created and applying it to a website design. The Alphamark team designed the front-end of the website to the specifications I had asked for and my in-house engineer was able to take the design and make it a reality. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work we accomplished with Alphamark, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.

The measurable outcomes that I used to demonstrate success were:

• The project was completed at the agreed upon deadline

• The deliverables that were promised in our initial agreement were fulfilled
• There was always an appropriate level of communication and response time
• There were never cancellations, rescheduled meetings, or lateness to any of the meetings

They were professional. The entire project was fulfilled virtually; we communicated via email and would regroup for feedback via video calls. As mentioned before, they were communicative and reliable.

I was impressed with the level of value with the engagement and the openness to collaborate. We agreed on a fair price I believe we were both happy with.

When it came to the work I wanted to be involved from the beginning. I already had a foundation of ideas as to how I thought the brand could come to life visually. I think they were enthusiastic about working with someone who was excited about the project and building the brand rather than looking at it as another deliverable and one that I wanted to fully delegate.

No. I was perfectly happy with the engagement and output.

• Enhanced online presence: Our professional website now serves as a strong foundation for our digital marketing efforts.
• Positive user feedback: Initial responses from clients and partners regarding the website design and functionality have been very encouraging.
• Foundation for growth: The robust website and members portal provide a scalable platform for our anticipated business expansion.

These outcomes, while not quantitatively measurable yet, demonstrate significant progress in establishing our online presence and setting the stage for future growth and success.

Overall, their management style has made this process much less stressful than it could've been. They've played a big part in getting our project where it needs to be.

Their attention to craft and detail are what impresses me the most. Their Founder, Antonio, is an excellent communicator but also a tremendous creative director and so our conversations are typically multi-dimensional and inspiring with regards to coming up with big ideas and figuring out tangible ways to implement them. It's rare to work with a team that is so creative and visionary and yet so meticulous and easy to work with. There are no egos working with Alphamark!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alphamark™ could have done differently?

I think more streamlined project management tools would help keep all work consolidated in one toolset. Often times because we're juggling multiple projects with Alphamark, we end up documenting and communicating on a few different channels.
