Our participation in AWS Re:Invent '24 required ~10 demo videos to showcase the functionality and value of our solutions, enabling attendees to gain a deeper understanding of our offerings ahead of the event. With the event deadline looming, the challenge was to conceptualize, design, and deliver these videos within an exceptionally tight two-week timeframe, ensuring they aligned with the event's strategic goals. Collaborating closely with AIM, we rapidly developed creatives for solutions and case studies, combining compelling static visuals and concise messaging to convey key insights effectively. AIM’s expertise and agility in video production ensured a seamless process from ideation to delivery. The assets not only engaged the audience but also reinforced our reputation as a leader in cloud solutions, playing a pivotal role in the success of the event and strengthening our overall event strategy.

Create a stock footage 2 min marketing video introducing Capgemini’s Circular Economy Transition Roadmap asset-based offer. Set out the context of the transition to a circular economy and the problems of understanding of how to achieve this. The video then explains the value of this evaluation and decision-making tool (together with the consultancy from Capgemini) and outcomes. Video to be used on website, social media and at events.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Produced first iteration in a very short time frame - from brief to iteration 1 - to meet a hard deadline for use at an event. Hit hard stop deadline 
2. Revised final version produce ; Iteration improved usability and cogency of video

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was very good. Insistence on a brief and discussion on the asset with the business owner to get into the details of the asset. Worked through iterations of the script to keep it short and to the point. Storyboarded with little help or further direction - client marketing had multiple assets to create for a series of events so were working flat out with a variety of suppliers, so agency moved at speed using their experience to judge what was wanted. 

Final result came through just before the deadline - late at night. The team were working on this late in the night their time which was much appreciated. And the video itself was very good for a first pass. Little needed changing after that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Understanding of what we wanted with not a huge amount of input from us. This could have been because they had worked for Capgemini many times before so knew client expectations. Video clip selection, VO style, graphics, music - all were very good. Dedication and client interaction - which is assured and professional. They know what they are doing. Attention to detail and willing to put the hours in at the last minute to get the video in on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ALLinMOTION Studios could have done differently?

Given the hard deadlines no. Had there been more time, I am sure we would have wanted to go into more detail regarding style and image choices but we had to leave it to the agency to produce what they thought we needed. Overall, they were pretty much spot-on.

I am a communications lead in the Business Services GBL of Capgemini Group. I am managing information flow, plan and execute strategic communication and produce internal events for the community.

I have recently used AiM to prepare a number of videos for the 2023 kick-off event. AiM has supported the remote recording of my speakers as well as producing the videos, from the creative concept and design to execution. My main goal in producing the videos was to communicate the success of 2022 and to build pride and engagement within our business unit.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have been working with AiM for some years already, and we collaborated on multiple projects - both more business-related and more people/culture projects. My experience with AiM has been very good, and the end-product they deliver always meets my expectations, if not exceed them. Given that track record, deciding to continue to work with AiM is always rather easy.

1. I go to AiM with my initial goals and concept.
2. AiM collects all the details and prepares the project plan and the quote.
3. I approve the quote and the plan, and we begin working.
4. AiM comes back with a creative concept.
5. AiM helps in remote recordings.
6. AiM delivers the first cut of the video and music. Feedback is provided and implemented.
7. End product is delivered and accepted. While every project is different, certain steps are repeated. What is very important to me is that if, for some reason, the plan or the price changes, I am regularly in touch with my respective SPOC, and we can agree on the way forward. This level of intimacy and ways of working have been established by working together for quite some time. I appreciate the flexibility AiM provides me with.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I am working with a content lead who is my SPOC. I am also in touch with the motion designers when needed. All projects, whether in WIP or final stage, are shared with me via frame.io, allowing me to provide immediate feedback easily. AiM is very quick in implementing feedback and providing updates, hence the entire production process is rather fast.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Recently we showed videos made by AiM to over 350 people invited to the Kick-Off. The event was streamed, and people were watching it from the comfort of their homes. We received feedback on the videos saying they were well done, creative, and carried our messages in a clear and interesting way. Overall, people rated the content produced by AiM as very professional and to the highest quality.

My SPOC is always available and responsive. I have never had issues in reaching out to my SPOC. Also, she's been extremely effective in getting my feedback implemented fast and accurately. I appreciated their thoroughness and kind support whenever I needed them.

She's been keeping all the agreed deadlines, always meeting them, and often delivering ahead of the deadline. She's also very perceptive and attentive to details which is reassuring for me that whenever I miss anything, she will help me catch it. Ritika has been a star.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am amazed by the variety of content formats they have in their portfolio, their creativity, and their ideating process, which is always focused on the customer and, in the end, helps me get what I need in the best possible way. Also, I think they're just fun people to work with, very kind and interesting.

All in motion has been in the system for many years. Their output and structured way of producing a video has been phenomenal. They were an empaneled partner already in our systems. From initial brain storming, briefing, scripting, story boarding etc the process has been extremely collaborative.

From initial brain storming, briefing, scripting, story boarding etc the process has been extremely collaborative. Sign-off's and approval at different stages of the process, addressing inputs timely and proactively working on social media cuts with different treatments has been the key differentiator. The voice-over artists are fantastic. We get to choose the right VO artist and helps visualize the overall output.

We are working with key account relationship manager Ritika, Abhishek (creative head). Feedback process has been very transparent. We discuss various treatment, visuals and scripts. Final signed-off scripts are sent for further production. Written, oral and online live feedback has been the way of working.

The videos produced on key strategic offerings was very well received across the leadership community. The shorter cuts were used extensively on social media as native posts by the key stakeholders. Video was also used on various tradeshows to showcase our capabilities.

It begins from an initial kick-off call, ideation and expectation setting, understanding the requirements and then proposing a production schedule with approval matrix built into the plan. Weekly cadence to discuss the treatment and addition if any. Online review and feedback makes it really easy to share it internally and secure sign-offs.
