Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is “making digital happen” – allowing technology to do more and intrude less. Our solutions for Cloud and Datacenter, Networks, Digital Workplace, Cybersecurity, and Industrial IoT make it easier for enterprises to adopt NextGen Digital infrastructure. I am Associate Director - Marketing, Global Head for Social Media, Content and Branding.

For what projects/services did your company hire ALLinMOTION Studios, and what were your goals?

For the high-profile visit of a key client, I had to gear up to create an amazing experience and branding, thus reached-out to ALLinMOTION.

How did you select this vendor?

This is our design partner, and was carefully chosen for their quality deliverables in the past.

AIM had to deliver the finest branding for our company during the walk through of the floor during the high-profile client visit. the final deliverable wowed them which is the first stepping stone to garner business interest. The clients were very happy, took pictures and said that their home office is not as good as this :). AIM worked through the time, we spoke when needed.

The 2 important success factors of branding are:

1. invoking interest in the client to engage more business with us
2. seamless visualization across global offices

ALLinMOTION Studios' style of working is very cohesive. At all times I was updated of the timelines. The fact that they too did the ground work while I was preparing the content, clearly showed their commitment to the company. The team worked under immense timeline to deliver.

Top 3 things for me: Passion to deliver quality creative, clear understanding our business goal, commitment for making digital happen.

none that I can suggest now.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Cost, Creativity, Approach to problem-solving, Accessibility at all times

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Many videos done around site tours & meet your team. I used to take the creative brief to Darshan & his team and they have in turn worked around creating a proper script to make it appealing to the larger audiences. Always buffered in time for our last minute requests.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I've mostly worked with Darshan and the experience has been by far the best. Even for basic video needs, they were always available despite tight timelines and gave different solutions each time. Every video was given a unique treatment which has only asked our stakeholders asking for more.
