We had projects to build websites and needed some extra help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

allAlgos IT solutions has completed several projects for us. Their team has been an outsourced resource, managing WordPress development projects we haven’t been able to complete in-house because of our workload. When we’ve received a project, I’ve explained exactly what we need to the owner via e-mail or phone call. Generally, the projects have been simple. Some platforms have required their team to implement WooCommerce. For them, the goal has been to implement everything correctly.

I’ve communicated with the CEO and other people from time to time.

What is the status of this engagement?

They first worked on a project for us in 2016. My company has been growing, so our work with allAlgos IT solutions has been reduced. But if I have to outsource a project, I’ll send it to them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With allAlgos IT solutions, the work was done professionally. They provided good work that saved us time. Their team delivered everything needed. I was satisfied.

How did allAlgos IT solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was good. After they submitted a website for review, we created a Goolge Doc. We put all the points that were not finished on our side and then their team replied on the doc. Then, there was a little back and forth. They were responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

allAlgos IT solutions was responsive. Their team actually knew what they were doing. I’ve worked with freelancers in the past. Suddenly, they wouldn’t answer for 48-hours or didn’t produce the work professionally. Those scenarios didn’t happen with allAlgos IT solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any suggestions for them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear and put everything on a Google Doc where their team can reply. They don’t have a ticket system so it’s better to have everything written down. Go to them with a full list and then complete them one at a time.

AllAlgos is a software development company in India I have worked with AllAlgos on a number of different software development projects, from Sydney. I decided to come to India to work with them on an intensive software development project over a 2 week period. It has been an excellent experience. I have worked with a big team each day while I have been here and we have accomplished a huge amount while I have been here. The project has been a huge success. The team at AllAlgos are very good at what they do and are also very good and welcome people. I am very happy to recommend AllAlgos for any software and web development projects.

allAlgos IT Solutions has a terrific owner who helps whenever you need him. I still work with the guy, he always replies to messages, always helps with whatever he can. Nothing is too much.

Specially after delivering the apps, last time (a couple months ago) the app was not working at all and after one text he got his team together and fixed the issue within 24 hrs. Perfect

allAlgos IT Solution was hired since the inception of this project to develop Web and Mobile application for RoomDaddy. The entire development had been done by their team from Design, Aesthetics to core development and deployment.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to get swift and handy web and mobile solution with extremely user friendly interface. Alongside we developed an entire Property Management System which encompass the nitty gritty of managing properties from Villas to Penthouses. From Single room to Hostel shared accommodation.

How did you select this vendor?

We shortlisted allAlgos from a list of vendors, based on the company profile, upwork reviews, work history, and most of all the swift communcation style of the owner (Mr. Varun) was highly pleasing to help us choose them over others.

RoomDaddy.com is on an on going development phase. The project includes Classifieds of Rooms and Parking Spaces, Online Booking through our platform for verified vendors. And Hotel Rooms on monthly or even longer stays. The entire system is backed by our own Property Management System that helps uses of PMS to list and de-list any listing with updated dates and rates. The Scope of Roomdaddy.com is to make Urban living, affordable, fun, exciting yet on budget hassle free.

What was the team composition?

Team from allAlgos was Designed, Web Developer, App Developer, and a Project Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is live and is available online and on both app stores. i.e. Play and iOS

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was continuous through Skype and the team was available for fixing any issue.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mr Varun, had been the key to this entire project. His competence and knowledge on the subject led us to have the entire project an amazing project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Only thing I felt that lacked in their approach was, they didn't ask us for the requirement document. Which was translated to wire frames. For clients who are new for product development I would suggest that they should have a more detailed document to start with.
