The videos that ALLinMOTION Studios produced helped us increase our engagement and viewership by 25,000 without any promotional and marketing efforts. The videos have been crucial in generating impressions, traffic, and qualified leads — it has helped us break new ground in achieving our success benchmarks.

We worked and collaborated on many projects ranging from strategic offerings client overview video's, focused demo's, exploring ground-breaking video treatments such as 3D, gamification etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

All in motion has been in the system for many years. Their output and structured way of producing a video has been phenomenal. They were an empaneled partner already in our systems. From initial brain storming, briefing, scripting, story boarding etc the process has been extremely collaborative.

From initial brain storming, briefing, scripting, story boarding etc the process has been extremely collaborative. Sign-off's and approval at different stages of the process, addressing inputs timely and proactively working on social media cuts with different treatments has been the key differentiator. The voice-over artists are fantastic. We get to choose the right VO artist and helps visualize the overall output.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We are working with key account relationship manager Ritika, Abhishek (creative head). Feedback process has been very transparent. We discuss various treatment, visuals and scripts. Final signed-off scripts are sent for further production. Written, oral and online live feedback has been the way of working.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos produced on key strategic offerings was very well received across the leadership community. The shorter cuts were used extensively on social media as native posts by the key stakeholders. Video was also used on various tradeshows to showcase our capabilities.

The project management has been fantastic. It begins from an initial kick-off call, ideation and expectation setting, understanding the requirements and then proposing a production schedule with approval matrix built into the plan. Weekly cadence to discuss the treatment and addition if any. Online review and feedback makes it really easy to share it internally and secure sign-offs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their project management, quality of work, and proactive approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish we had an opportunity to build more interactive gamified streams on certain topics. Differentiated content can help create more recall. This is more for organizations to proactively work with all in one to develop such video's.

We were looking for a video production company that had experience in working with IT service providers. We also required someone who had a quick turnaround and could work with us in a collaborative manner.

We started with an initial brainstorming call to explain the product, its features, and benefits. We sent them a script based on which they created a storyboard. After finalizing the storyboard, the team worked on the filming and production.

The whole team was involved - script writer, creative visualizer, and project manager.

The video serves as a valuable content asset when talking to prospects and customers to help them understand the value proposition. The animation style has gained a lot of positive feedback from viewers.

The four videos had to total 20 minutes or less and full of meaningful content that addressed the needs of the project and adhered to our brand. ALLinMOTION provided end-to-end production, from scriptwriting and script management to animation and delivery.

They’ve been very accommodating and turn things around very quickly. Additionally, they understand our requirements, share details in time for feedback, and provide good quality. My team has reacted positively to the video.

They are very clear with project management, stating a timeline and then delivering by it. We communicate over email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very understanding and proactive. If there’s a need for quick delivery, then they’re open to working over the weekend, going out of their way to help. ALLinMOTION understands our brand and our needs thanks to their attentive listening.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ALLinMOTION Studios produced three animated videos about three new solutions we were launching. The series of videos explained our solutions, and we used their work on our website, email campaigns, and social media campaigns. They were responsible for scriptwriting, designing, developing, and editing the three videos. Their work was a combination of 2D animation and stock footage.

We worked with three people, including Ritika (Content lead) and other members of the team.

A member of our management team referred their team because he had already worked with ALLinMOTION Studios at his previous company. He knew their work and he recommended them to me as a marketing professional. From there, we began the partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their work accomplished our goals, specifically in terms of raising internal awareness. In addition, we were able to use their work in our campaigns externally. When we showed the videos to clients or prospects, their response was very good.

Furthermore, we shared their videos at a number of internal conferences and meetings and the feedback was positive. We’d definitely work with ALLinMOTION Studios again and look for other ways we could expand the engagement because we really liked their work.

How did ALLinMOTION Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

To be honest, one of the reasons why they did great work was because of their solid project management skills. We had a kickoff meeting through a video call and we kept in touch by email. Occasionally, if it made sense, we had short calls to clarify things. In connection with that, they were very responsive.

Ritika was in charge of the day-to-day contact, and she was very organized. She was also able to put up with changes and delays in our project, and she helped us be on track. More importantly, she was very proactive in coming up with good ideas and solutions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We worked with a lot of video agencies before and ALLinMOTION Studios stand out because of the quality of work they deliver. They were also fast learners and they were great at incorporating our feedback and avoiding similar mistakes we had already mentioned to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. The project went smoothly. Although we had a couple of issues occasionally in terms of alignment with our budget guidelines, it was pretty typical when we were just getting them used to working with us. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

ALLinMOTION Studios has strong business and real-world knowledge, particularly with B2B software data. They will provide a presentation and come back with a draft script you can work on, unlike other video agencies that often expect us to create the draft script. It’s really so much easier to start with a script you can edit — a script that’s been written by a video expert.

I'm the executive video producer in charge of global video production for an international professional services organization.

For this project we worked with ALLinMOTION to create a Year in Review video to kickoff our annual meeting. This was a challenging project as we had to capture a year's worth of accomplishments, accolades and celebrations within two minutes time, working with various media content and creating engaging, motion graphics, 2D and 3D assets.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have a strong working relationship with AIM, where we can trust their commitment to the project, knowing they understand our brand and provide us with creative solutions to complex asks. Their willingness to proactively partner and their responsiveness to changes and deadlines makes working with them an easy decision.

For this video, AIM proposed a few different approaches and we settled on one that incorporated 3D design elements. Working from their original concept, we went through numerous iterations of bringing various assets to life in a compelling, energetic style.

We had a few version changes as we neared finally delivery and AIM went the extra mile in making those changes in quick fashion. The final output exceeded our original ask and was well received.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Abhijit and Darshan, and the feedback process was an open line of communication, with both of them being very responsive to our asks and changes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This video kicked off our annual event and there was an ask to push it out on social as well, so the impact it made for the show itself carried forward as a strong piece to position our people, our work and our commitment to our communities.

They have adopted to our platforms and style of reviewal process, making the back-and-forth communications seamless. They are always responsive to emails and requests, never leaving things unanswered or unaddressed.

Their creative approach to our asks while also easily partnering with our own stakeholders. They were able to take a lot of feedback and made sense of it, all in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

Not really, I look forward to what else they can produce when we give them enough time and direction to do so.

TalentMatch is game-changing talent transformation initiative to match existing and future opportunities with our employees’ skills and aspirations. AllinMotion did a wonderful job for TalentMatch video. The video is really helping Genpact inspire its workforce.
