I am the co-founder of GrondReality Enterprises Pvt Ltd We are a next-generation smart road infrastructure company.

With the aim to increase the inflow of inquiries. We cater to a very niche market, & have the aim to capture this market. With digital marketing, we wanted to start getting inbound leads.

The experience that the team has, intrigued me to work with them. Their ability to understand our business offering & their offering to improve our business needs helped me in taking their services.

They first spent time understanding our work. We had multiple discussions to arrive at the right strategy for us. They pushed us to our limits to ensure we had all the questions answered that helped them devise the perfect plan for us.

We optimized a lot on the spending that we had to do. Explored free tools like Mailchimp until whenever it was possible & gave us the right result. They used google ads with the budget that we had for them & they didn't let us down with their strategy at all. Most of the other companies are adamant with their budget & force clients to spend as per their wish, it was very different here. They worked on the budget that we had & gave us the results.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We converted 3 big clients with this effort in that resulted in 20% of the revenue that we generated in that financial year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was directly in touch with the founders for a performance review that we used to do every week. One of my team member was in direct contact with the SM exec from AAM team which helped in achieving the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

You name what you want in marketing & they have it. One of the best things that I personally liked about them was that they acted as our think tank. That's the quality I would want to have in a digital marketing firm. So the inputs started coming from them to us rather than from us to them. They suggested things which enhanced our presence & resulted in giving us quality leads to close our sales.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For the requirements that I had from them, they delivered more than that. I selected them after rejecting almost 10 firms, & they delivered what I wanted, so I wish them more success in the coming days.

We used their paid media-run engagement campaigns. We started with market research followed by targeting a particular set of customers. Knowing our target customer helped us to create a marketing campaign according to customer needs. The key deliverables were Marketing Strategy, Campaign setup, monitoring and scale-up. Google Search Console, Google Ads & Facebook Ads, Google Data studio were some of the tools.

It was a 2 personal team with whom we worked. Abhishek and his partner were very enthusiastic and professional in understanding our needs and deliverable. It was indeed good to work with them. Their successful delivery of the required results prompted us to assign them another project.

I’m the CMO and co-founder of a health and wellness company.

What challenge were you trying to address with All About Marketing?

All of our revenue comes from paid media advertising and SEO, so we needed help with consultancy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We used All About Marketing for marketing consultancy services. We had an in-house team who used to be in charge of the creatives, and we worked with them to further optimize our Facebook, Instagram ads, and Google campaigns. We have haircare products, nutrition products, wellness products, and we used to create different kinds of campaigns and some were for conversions and brand awareness. 

The All About Marketing team helped us select new keywords, and do some more background market research on which keywords to bid on, which audience to target, and what kind of content to use on creatives. We have someone in-house who does SEO for us, but it was only one person, so we worked with All About Marketing to identify guest posting articles, blog articles, and they had connections for us to get guest postings done.

While they were doing keyword research, they also gave us a bunch of keywords that we could optimize for SEO as well.

We had a team of 3–5 people who were in touch with us.

I knew one of the team members through a college friend of mine. Their prices were competitive and decided to go with them.

We spent $4,000–$5,000 a month.

We started working together from October 2020–May 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One major thing we noticed was that our e-calls really went up. We were previously operating at 80–90% e-calls, which improved to 40% after we started working with them.

How did All About Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was really easy with them. We used WhatsApp and they responded quickly. It was a breeze working with them as the founder was always available, and they were always on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with the ease of communication and how well they were able to understand what we wanted — they gave us a solution according to our needs.

No, I don’t have anything for them to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a very in-depth product understanding call and go over every aspect of the business. They’re good at understanding the business, and if there’s an in-depth rundown of everything, the results will be much better than expected.
