To manage the app discipline within our team and work on improvements and new features for our iOS apps, we needed an experienced iOS Engineer. It was also necessary to hire a QA Automation Engineer to establish the foundation for our behavior-driven development (BDD) test procedures.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. The iOS Engineer delivered first-rate work right away, masterfully integrating features that have increased conversion rates. While talking about updates and new features, he also contributed his expertise and provided some really useful insights. 
2. With regard to the QA Automation Engineer, we have enhanced our previous end-to-end (E2E) test configuration by putting in place automation flows for BDD tests that run every one of our happy routes. As a result, the entire team has started to use an approach based on BDD testing.

Users can look for property listings and contact the builder or agents through the website's features and functionality. On the other hand, developers, owners, individual brokers, or brokerage firms can all handle property listings successfully. Furthermore, we may manage each user and attribute that is specified using the administrative panel.

While it is only a few months into deployment, most of our agents who are using the portal are happy with it.

Project management was pleasant. The project manager had much responsibility and deadlines were tight. The manager shared a list of milestones with us so we could keep track of their progress and evaluate each new release.
