This project came out of one of our quarterly business reviews with OSPC, who’s already our managed services provider. Those meetings are always about how to move the business forward - not about fixing nagging issues - because OSPC does such a solid job keeping our systems stable and secure day to day.
The idea was to modernize our entire IT environment and to align it with the best that M365 has to offer, and OSPC handled the heavy lifting from start to finish. They migrated all of our proprietary workloads into Microsoft Azure, helped us implement some new AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, and helped us operationalize IT governance policies for our 35-user team.
They took care of everything: design, deployment, user training, and documentation. The Azure migration went smoothly with almost no downtime, and the end result is a faster, more reliable, and more secure setup that gives us room to grow. It's also given us a deeper understanding of the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, so we can pass some of that along to our own clients.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since completing the project, we’ve seen measurable improvements. System uptime increased to 99.9%+, and average response times for our internal API-based applications dropped by more than 40%, with fewer roundtrips due to network failures. Our move to Azure also cut infrastructure costs by about 25% over the next 12 months - we were faced with buying new hardware, otherwise. It also gives us the flexibility to scale (or shrink) as demand changes.
On the productivity side, the AI tools OSPC implemented have reduced some time spent on administrative tasks...we're estimating ~30% for some of the harder ones. That frees us to focus more on client-facing work.
Overall, the project delivered exactly what we set out to achieve — a faster, smarter, more secure foundation that supports our growth and strengthens how we serve our clients. Some of the changes took a few weeks to really set in, but we also now have a completely defensible and auditable environment, and it's hard to put a dollar value on that.

OSPC’s project management style is efficient without being overbearing. They keep things moving, communicate clearly, and don’t bog the process down with unnecessary layers of management. Everything was delivered on time, and I appreciate that their project management is built into the overall engagement...it's not treated like an extra line item on an unexpected bill.

What stands out about OSPC is how focused they are on keeping my business running smoothly...uptime and reliability are just a given with them. But what really sets them apart is that they go well beyond simple IT support or cybersecurity defense. They explain things in plain business English to me, and they were constantly looking for ways to deliver value, streamline operations, and help us use technology as a real business advantage, not just a utility or a cost of doing business. And, they're agile and responsive.
