Algoworks team worked on the "Convoy for brokers" custom integration with Salesforce which consisted of design and developing 3 REST APIs, Dynamic Lead Conversion process optimization, data cleanup process, Contract status and various other business automations.

The app update was launched and we continued to have the same issues as before. We had another developer look at the app and confirmed the bugs were not fixed.
However, I discussed with the vendor the issues I had with the work that was done. They offered to go back and try to remedy the problems. I appreciate their prompt response to my complaints.
