I rebranded and upgraded from another company and needed to start fresh with a new identity to relaunch my services and needed additional marketing services to branch out.

I mainly worked with the CEO. There was also a designer, logo designer, content strategists, and developer. So, a total of three people.

Our first meeting included discussing what the goals were and what was needed to upgrade my brand. I already created a rough draft of my logo and The Alfam refined it for me to get going. Since I worked with The Alfam before I had already prepped the items as they requested in our previous project, so it was easy to go through the next step. They directly spoke with hosting and domain support to organize the infrastructure and design and developed the site.

They also guided me in setting up my emails and consultant on services that would benefit my business. They set up a marketing plan for my brand to expand my services through multiple avenues. Our meetings were set up mostly through emails and phone calls

Spa Nevaeh is an individual, group, and chair massage company providing in-house, mobile, and company services in the New Jersey and New York area. We are two founders that combined businesses in 2020.

We had two separate businesses on two separate domains. Though we were a team it was hard for our clients to understand us. Also, our platforms were outdated with older technology and we needed help to organize to properly advertise to our desired clientele. We hired The Alfam to help us organize our digital footprint with the specific goals to position ourselves to market our business strategically.

After speaking with a representative of the Alfam, we decided to work with them because of the portfolio work they exhibited to us. We were confident they were able to help us get to the next level more so than our previous developer .

As a service business we understood that to reach our competitors we had to upgrade all facets of the company starting with the website. The Alfam had us complete a questionnaire and in the onboarding meeting we discussed the scope they created along with timelines where we delivered content and other information needed for them to complete the project. They sent us a timeliness and deadlines for us as well as for them. Each meetings had results on both sides.

Firstly, we sharpened our brand identity, which took about a week. Our biggest exercise was the copy web content. We had three meetings shifting through content which their editor optimized for SEO. The designer revealed the first draft to the website and we loved it. We went through three drafts of the website before finalizing it to make sure it was just right. The Alfam completed the technology and still help us with maintenance.

The Alfam team had one designer, a copy editor, brand designer, and developer. We worked solely with the manager to communicate all our needs.

Since launching, we recieved positive feedback with our current clients and new clients alike. We have had a 40% increase in service request and more people has been using our website form to book, which was not the case in the past. We also noticed that we are organically optimized Online and we are receiving request from outside our network

As massage professionals our schedules are quite scattered. We scheduled weeks in advance for workshops, overviews, and live updates to stay on timelines.

We would have to say the are very knowledgeable and very helpful. We love the outcome and results. We appreciated their personal touch in handling our project. The offered and continue to provide free training to help us better understand the technology. The were also affordable with the quality they provide.

We had a initial kick off meeting to discuss objectives and goals. After that their team provided mock-ups. Some minor changes were made their team developed and designed our WordPress site. They update the content to reflect our company's services and a contact submission form

After launching we saw 90% increase in traffic. Our leads caused our income to increase significantly. We received numerous compliments on our new updated design and how it was much more user friendly. Our clients now have a clear understanding of what services we offer.

Our website was created over 10 years ago and outdated. It no longer represented what the company does and was not bringing new clients. We also wanted a new look, but with a similar color scheme. The Alfam Rebranded our look, created a new website, and developed a specialized landing page for our Commercial Insurance marketing package.

I was turned onto the Alfam after a person in my networking group was raving about her website. I took a look at the website and thought it was so professional and well done that I had to meet the creator. I particularly liked the Alfam's intake process and their ability to listen to exactly what you want and need and to produce results that go above and beyond expectation.

The Alfam has a detailed onboarding process to gain insight into my goals. Upon completing the form, we had a meeting to discuss each part asking and answering questions to make sure we are on the same page. Next, I provided all my information on a PDF describing exactly what I wanted and we discussed it in the meeting. They responded with an outline of the content and layout for the web site. After designing the first page, we went through changes and updates. The Alfam also provided training for myself and my team to do updates on our template they designed.

I worked with just one person, the main manager. She worked with her team directly to design and develop the site.

Their documentation was very thorough. I was informed about each step of the process and the final outcome was exactly what I wanted. We started running the campaign to the landing page and so far have over 10 leads a day.

They are very communicative and the turn around was in a few weeks. I was told right away if there were any delays. We used Google Docs, email, and text.

I was blown away by their thorough intake and how well they served exactly what I wanted. They met and exceeded all expectations. I was also impressed with how quickly and professionally everything was executed.

We needed a beautiful user-friendly commerce site to sell the unique lashes and other beauty products. We hired The Alfam to build the online commerce platform and assist with consulting for branding and marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since 2016, we have had a working relationship with The Alfam, during which time they have provided photography and several other web development services for our other brands and projects. Because we were productive when we collaborated, we decided to hire The Alfam to execute this larger job. The Alfam was within our price range, and they collaborated closely with us to ensure that the launch was a success.

We planned a session in which The Alfam’s Makeup Artist and a Photographer that we had worked with before would participate. We did a shoot that lasted the whole day and included models from Lotus Lash. Following the session, the editor edited the shots such that they were to my taste.

The Alfam arranged for all of the products to be described, and then uploaded those details and the photographs that we had taken to the website. After the website was finished, we enlisted their assistance in the process of connecting all of the payment systems and organizing the marketing in order to sell the products.

We engaged mostly with the Project Manager, although other members of the team contributed as well, including the Makeup Artist, Editor, Graphic Designer, Designer, and Developer.

Incredible work was done by the Makeup Artist. We continued to rely on her for a variety of initiatives moving forward. The visual design was captivating, and the finished business project turned out brilliantly. We’re pleased with how things turned out, which led to our firm merging with other.

Their attention to detail is one of the things that sets their design work apart. I will carry on collaborating with them on new projects in the foreseeable future.

I discovered that the improvement was happening much more slowly than I had anticipated. Our earlier projects were completed in a shorter amount of time, and because I had never worked on a project of this kind before, I was unaware of the amount of time required to edit photographs or create a commerce platform as compared to a straightforward informational website. They could do better by expressing expectations more clearly and providing more accurate timelines.
