Over the one-year engagement with Alergeek Ventures, the work consistently helped Legora advance on four tightly linked fronts. Cloud infrastructure, privacy-first data processing, DevOps enablement, and feature delivery:

• Hardened, scalable cloud foundation – designed and deployed a segmented architecture with role-based access controls, stress-tested for traffic spikes, so Legora could ingest sensitive legal data and still scale smoothly.
• Privacy-centred data pipelines – built in-house ETL jobs that encrypt data at rest and in transit, plus redaction and anonymisation routines, keeping Legora compliant with EU data-protection rules and winning client trust.
• Multi-jurisdiction document indexing – delivered a schema-flexible engine that now covers statutes, case law, and contracts from more than 20 countries, giving Legora the breadth needed for AI-powered search and summaries.
• DevOps culture and tooling – defined coding standards, CI/CD templates, and infrastructure-as-code repos; paired with new DevOps hires so Legora’s own team could own and extend the stack after hand-off.
• Core application modules – co-developed the upload API, parsing service, and retrieval endpoints, shortening Legora’s time-to-market during a critical funding window.

Expanded jurisdictional coverage – indexing infrastructure was delivered and populated with statutes, case law, and contracts from over 20 countries, transforming the platform’s reach from single-market to international.

Scalable and secure production infrastructure – the deployed cloud architecture handled full load-test scenarios without service degradation, proving that security and performance controls were working as designed.

Autonomous internal team operations – after the CI/CD setup and DevOps onboarding, Legora’s in-house team maintained a consistent release cadence on their own, showing full ownership of the stack and workflows.

Their project management was strong throughout the engagement. They consistently delivered work on time, even across parallel workstreams with shifting priorities. Communication was clear and structured, with regular check-ins and proactive updates on progress and risks. When our needs evolved - whether due to hiring timelines, shifting product focus, or new compliance requirements. They adapted quickly and adjusted the plan without compromising momentum. They felt like a true extension of our team, not just a vendor.

• Partner Landing Page Development – Alergeek created a landing page showcasing our current partners. This page included essential partner information and a contact form, allowing potential collaborators to reach out easily.
• Advent Calendar Subpage – Alergeek also developed an interactive Advent calendar feature. This subpage revealed a new special offer from our partners each day leading up to Christmas, enhancing user engagement and promotional visibility.

Since it's been almost 3 years since our cooperation it is hard to say specific numbers but among the desired effects I can highlight:

• Increased visibility for potential partners and lead generation. The partner landing page provided a dedicated space to showcase collaborations, leading to greater exposure for our partners and the contact form enabled potential partners to reach out, generating new business opportunities.
• User engagement with the advent calendar. The daily reveal mechanism encouraged repeat visits, boosting website traffic and user interaction throughout the campaign.
• Seamless implementation. The successful integration of the new subpages without technical issues ensured a smooth user experience.

The application development process was presented in a clear and understandable way. The team consists of young, ambitious people. A big plus is constant contact and quick fixes of emerging errors. The team gives a lot of support during the tests, through constant monitoring and optimizing the product.

Good scaling of the application depending on the number of users. Satisfactory results in conducted beta tests. Catching errors in the application development process and fixing them on an ongoing basis.

Delays happened depending on the size of the problem. However, we were kept informed of any delay. In our opinion, the response to the needs depended on technological resources and the availability of people performing the order for us.

We are the creators of a website that provides a convenient way of counting points from matura exams. We work with university authorities, gain their trust and cooperate in the publication of score thresholds from previous years. Our main goal is to make it easier for everyone to choose their career path by showing fields of study that they may not have heard of yet.

First, rewrite the previous website, page by page - calculator, about us, universities. Afterwards, based on designs provided by us via Figma, page for accommodation with an interactive map.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

A rewritten website (from previous Create-React-App to more up to date Next.js) using Server side generation and new accommodation module with interactive map.

We tracked tasks using Linear, had bi-weekly meetings where we discussed what was done and delivered. We also had a Telegram channel for communication. They delivered the projects on time and mostly met their goals in sprints.

Attention to code quality and organization. They have left us documentation on how to continue working in their style and keep the repository tidy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes they could’ve communicated with us better, as there were questions asked too late in the process - if they would have been asked earlier by either side, that might have sped up the work.
